酒店比較新，硬件設施都很好，尤其是洗澡噴頭特別沖，酒店衞生乾淨，前台服務主動熱情，門前可以停車，唯一感覺不好的是早餐，不到八點過去就沒東西了，等了好長時間才上來點油條，雞蛋，餐廳不大，人不少，餐桌不能及時清理，影響就餐環境，早餐供應還跟不上，早餐管理不好，感覺與3鑽酒店不匹配，影響客户住店體驗，希望今後能改進。

這是我海南環島遊住宿唯一一個要交200元壓金的酒店，酒店離市區繁華地段較遠，周邊找吃的腳要走軟，酒店樓下僅有雜貨店和茶葉店兩家店鋪，沒有賣吃的，本來訂的兩晚房間由於不熱鬧取消一晚上並在維也納酒店訂了，周邊市政設施到處在挖灰塵大，早餐一般難吃，沒有牛奶和咖啡，衹有兑好的豆漿，該酒店唯一的優點：房間清凈，室內乾淨衞生，wifi信號較好，免費停車，收費合理。本以為與萬寧市希爾悦酒店是一家，結果差遠了，根本無法比。離夏日廣場也遠，周邊無大商場，無小吃街，很不好的一次住宿體驗。

總體來説不差，房間沒有書桌，辦公不方便，早餐在餐廳牆上看到了一堆螞蟻，甚至爬到了桌上，生態比較好，早餐種類和房間和這個價格算是匹配，但有螞蟻這個事情不太能接受
