房間很漂亮，衞生也很好，管家羣服務很周到有求必應，還都是小美女。帶長者和孩子一起出遊，很舒服，孩子可以玩玩水，長者可以泡温泉汗蒸，晚上還給安排了足療。房間裏的私湯我最喜歡了，水温也合適，很有意境。孩子説下次還要來，哈哈哈哈。

帶父母去海花島度假，看了幾個酒店最後還是選擇了這裏。兩天下來唯一的感受：好，很好，非常好！！房間裏面很乾凈，我們住的是日式風格，有私湯，還有一個室內的浴缸泡池，是我見過最大的浴缸。。因為就在五國温泉裏面，對父母來説泡温泉也非常非常方便！早餐在歐堡酒店，還能去歐堡裏面拍拍照☺
值得一提的是符管家對於全程的住宿服務非常到位，去哪裡衹需要和管家説提前安排電瓶車接送，父母也非常滿意，説下次還會來～
海花島來了幾次，這一次是感受最好的，牆裂推薦！！！

房間大，衞生、乾淨，有獨立的泡池，也可以去大池泡，環境非常好。房間裏有幹蒸、濕蒸房，設施不錯。衹是早餐須到歐堡酒店用餐，不過有擺渡車送過去。值得一提的是管家團隊服務很周到，對客人的需求解決及時。總之本次的入住體驗好，以後還會選擇該酒店入住。

酒店別墅豪華，私人温泉，房內特大浴池，專業管家團隊24小時服務，早餐送到房，專車接送到島內遊覽點及食街，按摩工夫一流，2天無法玩完所有地方。

很不錯的温泉♨️酒店，服務很好，有求必應，在1號島景點區內不能自駕車，酒店車可以直接開進，提前預約一下就可以，方便👍

設施：有私湯、乾濕蒸房；通往花園門鎖不太靈敏 開關門費勁 感覺蠻舊的 最好換一下；入住時私湯下水塞鈎子壞了 來個人勾出來了但是沒修就走了 一副不願意修的樣子 後續客房人員來用石頭修好的
服務：有免費電瓶車提供1號島任意景點之間的服務 這個服務很好 微信拍照説明位置後一般等10分鐘左右車子就來了 可以節省一筆打車開銷；還送了刮痧/拔罐/修腳
早餐在歐堡吃 很一般 沒有好吃的

酒店服務人員比較少，春節期間又很忙很難照顧周全，人工島密密麻麻的人，自然環境和度假氛圍是沒有的，廁所硬件下水排水有問題，很臭很臭，另外一個浴缸和床是一個屋…真的不太適合度假休閑。不會再來了。工作人員挺辛苦。周圍天然景點要開車一小時，不是很推薦海花島。
