度假公寓條件肯定不如酒店，這點要有心理準備，但價格便宜，地下停車場價格也很便宜，周邊吃飯或生活購物也方便

過年期間，價格還算合理，實際住在278棟 店家安排小車接送，環境可以，我3人，2雙人床 1單人床 2個房間 複式小樓 挺好噠
樓下就是吃飯的，有一家歡喜食堂，冷麪真好吃，價格也是明碼標價

Квартира хорошая, есть стиральная машина, красивый дом. Кровать с жёстким матрасом. Хороший напор горячей воды. Рядам супермаркет, базарчик. Автобусные остановки до Цветочного острова и до ЖД вокзала.
Минусы: грязно и процесс заселения. Об этом подробнее.
Забронировали квартиру на две ночи. При был бронировании был указан адрес офиса и информация о том, что квартиры расположены по разным адресам острова. Перед поездкой просили указать адрес конкретно нашей квартиры. Нам ответили, что надо ехать в офис и уже оттуда нас отвезут в нашу квартиру. Мы приехали в офис, который был закрыт. Чрез WeChat сообщили о том, что мы приехали к офису, как нас спросили, и ждём. В ответ просили выслать фотографии паспортов. Позже прислали адрес нашего проживания, который находился примерно в километре от офиса. Непонятно, почему сразу нельзя было сказать адрес квартиры. Никто нас Везти на квартиру не собирался и мы с чемоданами пошли пешком под палящим солнцем около километра. Нам сообщили код для открытия дверей квартиры. Код не работал. Написали об этом владельцам. Они просили пробовать ещё раз открыть дверь неверным кодом. После того как у нас не получилось это сделать 10-15 раз подряд сказали ждать полчаса мол кто-то приедет. Через 50 минут приехал парень. Убедился что код для двери не работает. Открыл двери с помощью мобильного телефона, Установил новый код для дверей и сообщил его нам. Ровно через сутки мы опять не смогли попасть в квартиру уже с новым кодом, написали владельцу. Опять долго ждали почти час под дверью, пока наше сообщение прочитают. И пришлют новый код. Всё это, конечно. Смазало впечатление ...

房間還可以，位置也不錯，但是體驗感有點點一般。1是實際居住的位置和掛的位置不一樣，隔得比較遠，掛的位置衹是前台，而住的房間分散在別的棟，這個希望一開始就能説清楚。一開始還想讓我自己打車去，後面又給送了過去）2是房間的wifi壞了，當天島上信號又差，好巧不巧房間wifi壞了也是沒提前説的。以上兩點有點影響體驗，所在的小區倒還是可以的，環境舒適，房間比較小，特別是廁所，洗澡的地方很有限。帶陽台可以視野比較開闊
