首先，房間空間大，至少40平，有2張床的房間可以選擇，非常適合我們家這種情況，長者睡的不踏實，必須需要一人一張床才能睡的着，其次，房間有陽台，從陽台望出去咖啡園可以一覽無遺；再者，就是早餐，雖然很簡單但是有奶有面有粥適合腸胃較脆弱的朋友們。最方便的就是它的地理位置，離紅樹林和姐妹塔很近，最不好的是衞生間有異味，希望能得到改善。

臨時住一宿，因為離得醫院近所以選擇這個酒店，屋裡一股發黴的味道，衞生間也有黴菌，被子潮潮的，住了一宿果斷退房

前台態度不好，房間小，價格也不算便宜但是房間和服務態度都不好，早餐也難吃，在停車場發生一點摩擦想找前台查一下監控，態度不好直接讓我們自己去找物業，物業在哪是誰找誰都不清楚就一句話打發了，完全不作為！

門口停車位滿了，地下停車場入口巨遠，一般客人也想不到那個是入口，電話給男前台，説過來幫我停車，等了20min不來
