用攜程大概十多年第一次差評，一直以來也很信任攜程的品控和管理，望攜程提高門檻和管理水平。這家店真是刷新我的認知了，凈房的衞生間內竟然有用過的計生用品，前台較負責及時到房間拍照並彙報給領導，也提出了給我換房的處理，衞生如此不堪對我而言換不換也沒啥區別，同時也不想給他人添麻煩，此時我還沒生氣也沒想寫這條評論。第二天貴店領導一見面就非常熱情的問我有沒有把房卡交給別人？我説沒有，你可以查監控，經理説查過了確實沒有，這番操作我當時就想問這位經理，你是來處理問題還是來激化矛盾的？敷衍了事的説了幾句抱歉以後整改，然後就樂此不疲的開始講理由找藉口，請問作為酒店的管理者出現的任何問題是誰的問題誰的責任，不但沒有自省自檢還要把責任都推到員工頭上，領教了

出差定了洋浦貌似最好的酒店，其他設施還可以，床尾單很臟，這個顏色本來就不好看，臟了更難看噁心想吐。沙發也很臟有很多污漬。大堂感覺就是普通賓館的樣子，完全顛覆了我對這個價格酒店的認知，沒有酒店專用停車位，馬路邊停車很不安全，回去晚了沒有車位停，早餐很一般，看着都沒有食慾。

酒店停車方便，周邊有吃喝玩樂的地方，到洋浦大橋很近。可惜沒有在橋上拍照，夕陽下的洋浦港真的太美了。酒店早餐味道一般，但從營養角度來説是全面的健康的。房間乾淨、整潔、夠大，如果忘記帶充電線酒店有提供多頭充電線。

酒店前台阿麗美眉特別熱情，給我介紹了好多個好吃的地方，客房衞生乾淨敞亮。電視調不了台，呼叫客房，客房人員很快就來到房間，幫忙調試電視，退房時候前台小妹認識我，還打了招呼，特別棒

衞生：房間整體感官乾淨，但開了空調就有一股味道無法忍受
環境：開了窗，樓下有奶茶店和飯店，遠一點是十字路口，大小車通行，嘈雜聲會持續到12點多
服務：電視顯示屏是新的，但衹能看實時電視，不是網絡點播模式，服務員回覆酒店一直沒有網絡點播的電視，但本人去年年底入住的房間是可以看的
設施：所需工具齊全，可正常使用

説真的，沒給最差也給不了最高評價，508房花灑管是懷的，晚上九點多開始樓上拖椅子的聲音持續到11點多....除了床乾淨，其他的有待進步。原本答應小哥會給好評，但是做不到，早餐券給了三張，我們進房間裏面有兩張，小朋友玩了，第二天吃早餐就一同拿下去了，打電話過了就説我們登記三個現在五個人在吃（問的很着急，這才多大點事）......我不貪小便宜，我入住前都先問好的，房間裏的早餐券也不是我要求放進去的。核實沒問題，
