When I went in, I found that there is a building outside, and there is a community behind it. It is said to be a hot spring hotel. The hot spring is also closed, and the swimming pool in the community needs to be closed. Paying 30 yuan... I don't need to talk about it. When I go upstairs, it feels like a hotel converted from an apartment building. The facilities in the room are okay, but the hot water is really slow. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the middle of the night, which affects sleep

衞生非常差。完全不值這個價。還説是給我升級了豪華套房讓我給個好評，我同意了。第二天按店裡價補的，半天按小時算的。因為換來換去酒店麻煩，將就住了兩天半。店裡前台的服務態度就像我發的圖片一樣爛。 自己打電話到房間去，沒人接電話，打電話來怪我沒告訴他退房，難道你自己不會查房嗎？那語氣就像我欠了他一百，八千萬一樣，要不是大過年的我都要爆粗口罵你。啥也不是。真不知道你們這些人是幹什麼吃的？不推薦，以後也絕不會再選擇你家。

其它方面沒問題，就是服務上有待提升，辦理入住沒有給早餐券，早餐時間衹有酒店介紹頁面才有，從下單的訂單房型裏面點進去是看不到早餐時間的 ，導致下去拿早餐券才知道10點早餐結束，拿早餐券的時候10點零1分了，前台還是繼續給我拿了早餐券，拿到早餐券的我問了前台小姐姐早餐幾點結束，告知我10點結束，10點結束了還繼續給我拿早餐券？如果我不問早餐幾點結束，那麼我上去是不是就是吃這些東西呢？（圖片在下圖）就這樣糊弄我過去這事就算過去了嗎。後面跟我説退15元早餐錢，還説我拿到這個錢的意思就是不追究此事了（可以理解成不給差評），我沒同意。就想吃口熱乎的全都是涼的！店長也沒有出面處理，就電話溝通了一下，正常辦理入職的時候就要給早餐券了吧，就因為前台辦理入住的時候忘記給早餐券了，你們的失誤需要客人來承擔後果。

這個酒店從裝修風格，房間佈置是相當不錯的酒店，部分還贈送早餐，早餐的就餐環境相當不錯，菜品也夠豐富。
前台小妹是一個很認真的員工，但是處理問題不夠靈活，給人感覺比較生硬。
我連續住兩天，第1天入住時別台沒有告知酒店的優惠活動，第2天入住時看到酒店有住5晚送1晚的活動。當我提出時我連續入住兩天，第1天你沒有告訴我，第二天應該要把前天的也累計上。被前台無情的拒絕了。我也生氣也拒絕了參加這個活動。
