Meiyuntian Seaview Design Hotel

The experience of this B&B was quite bad because we arrived late and it was almost midnight. We couldn’t find it. We called the customer service or the answer was not answered and we couldn’t explain it. It took us a long time to find the room. There was no toilet paper, clothes hanger, hairdryer, air conditioner remote control. The washing machine is also broken. The bed in the living room is a spring mattress with a sheet. You can clearly feel the springs. I contacted customer service the next day and nothing was repaired all day long. It was not delivered until I contacted customer service again in the evening.

The room is very clean. The little girl at the front desk is very beautiful and gentle. I don’t know if she has a boyfriend. The water heater leaked a little during my stay. The housekeeper came over quickly to solve the problem. The housekeeper is tall and handsome. I had a great time. Hai Flower Island is beautiful😀

是無限入住，非常方便，住的是複式公寓有兩層，設施設備齊全，整潔衞生，沖涼水壓夠大！ 所有的公寓，民宿都共享一個，大型停車場就像迷宮一樣，停車費一天封頂，衹要五塊錢，非常便宜實惠！出去來的話，要花點時間認路！ 住宿環境好，價格實惠，商家服務態度好！ 樓下是有各式各樣的餐飲美食配套齊全！

優點： 1️⃣ 位於海花島二號島 周邊服務設施齊全 陽台視野開闊 2️⃣ 房間設施齊全 缺點： 1️⃣ 方面面積較小 床與窗及衣櫃之間幾乎沒有空間 取放衣物極為不便 2️⃣ 工作人員服務極為不周到。既然是網上辦理入住的民宿，客服人員應當在收到訂單通知後提前與顧客溝通入住細則。但工作人員事前毫無任何溝通，等費盡周折在巨大無比的地下停車場找到民宿所在樓棟時，卻被告知不在那裡。浪費了一個小時到了房間門前時 電話聯繫工作人員，工作人員一直拒絕應答，執意索要100元按金才肯給房門密碼。更為讓人耐心盡失的是樓棟手機信號極差，嘗試電話聯繫工作人員，卻被掛掉電話，門外幹站十多分鐘。

1.騎行了100km過來已經很累了，在277棟樓下打電話給前台，結果前台在小區外面，出來之後找半天又沒找到，結果他説不用來前台，網上辦入住 我打了三個電話，請問不能早説是網上入住嗎，不然我問你前台在哪幹嘛， 2.交按金後又説房間在282棟 3.定的房間是平層，進房間後發現是loft，客服説隨機的，那你也沒寫啊，我問還有沒有平層，他説又在另一棟 4.懶得走了，但是住的這個風格也挺老的，這浴室比農村廁所還臟，外地遊客來海南又被坑的一天捏

海花島很大一天走不完，於是又續住了一天。淡季出行，物美價廉。複式的房間，對老年人不是很友好。服務和其他設施都很好。
