It's a nice place with fridge and washing machine. Checking in and out was simple by just sending wechat messages and received passcode to enter the room. A deposit was needed. The floor was dusty, other than that it's fine.

There is an underground parking lot for 5 yuan per day. There is a free bus to Island No. 1. The price-performance ratio is very good. The room is very cheap when traveling in the off-season
