Danzhou Hotels with Gym

First time staying at Ocean Flower Island and Castle Hotel. Huge hotel with 5000+ rooms. We did not expect to find some facilities (e.g. swimming pools, etc) are closed for maintenance. Free shuttle bus to & from the railway station provides convenience for guests. While the front desk staff might not be as knowledgeable & helpful in our queries, the personal butler had provided us with excellent service. She is accessible via WeChat and highly responsive to all our queries. Thank you 管家 晓月 for making our stay a pleasant one!

Stay here for one night to see the ocean flower island and the light show. The hotel room had a great view and it's right next to the food street. You just need a short walk and you can see McDonald's or KFC and a bunch of restaurants. It is walking distance to the wedding manor where they were running the light show. The hotel bed was comfy and the TV had a number of free movies to watch!! We love the hotel breakfast spread. For some weird reason there were not a lot of tourists at night at the food street and outlet mall. It's just three of us and random couples down the road. The only thing that can be improved on is the service staff at the reception. The hotel does provide buggy rides but the frequency is one hour, so I wanted to ask about train rides and how to go about the area but they weren't too friendly, so we gave up and just walked around nearby. Overall quite happy with the short one night stay.

Nightmare. But one thing to say, the service of the lady at the check-in front desk was very warm. When I saw that I brought children, I upgraded to a parent-child room. The service was also very enthusiastic and gave snacks to the children, which was personalized. Restaurant waiters are also friendly As the only old hotel with a good brand reputation in Danzhou City, I don't know how to describe the room like this.

Before arriving at the hotel, I called the front desk of the hotel to inquire about the surrounding attractions. The front desk girl explained very considerately, which was very comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the hotel's breakfast is very rich, and guests staying in the hotel also have free parking. I will choose the Borman Hotel next time.
