I booked a two-bedroom room, which was very large and comfortable, and convenient for traveling with parents and children. The housekeeper contacted me in advance and informed me of the route to enter by car. The decoration of the villa is a bit exaggerated, which is not my type, but it is big and clean enough. The service staff is responsive and will pick you up when you go out to play. The pool is also cleaned and disinfected thoroughly before helping to drain the water. The facilities are complete, and the dry steam and wet steam rooms are great. There are also services such as door-to-door foot bath and massage. It is very suitable for a family vacation. It is a good experience to stay for two nights.

Ocean Flower Island is a little deserted and many attractions were closed, probably due to low peak period and stagnation of the island development, but the stay in Hilton more than made up for the disappointment. Front Office Manager, Ms Judy Zhu was very helpful and accomodating. The concierge boys were very nice, especially Leo Tang and brought us around the island whenever we wanted to, even when it is not the listed shuttle timing.
The executive lounge was closed due to the low occupancy but we were still able to enjoy the lounge benefits at the 1st level restaurant.. The restaurant manager even told us we can order food that is not listed on their menu for the high tea and happy hour and the chef will try to whip up the dish.
Room furnishing is new and looks better and more modern than the other 2 Hilton hotels that I have stayed during this vacation in Guangzhou and Sanya. I would highly recommend Hilton if you are planning to visit Ocean Flower Island in Hainan.

Arrange, Late check-out until 4 pm. The hotel is also equipped with a gym and laundry room. Our group stayed in three places, Hilton, O'Fort Hotel, and Island 2 B&B. Although they were not as luxurious as the other two hotels, they all thought that these places were the most comfortable and had the best air. It was very stuffy and uncomfortable to stay in a hotel, but it was very pleasant to bask in the sun on the balcony!

The first time I stepped out of the elevator, there was a strong smell of carpet. It really stunk.
The second time I washed my face, the water in the wash basin did not drain out halfway through. It was blocked and no matter how hard I tried, it was useless.
Third, when I gave my child a bath, he was sprayed all over by the boiling water. The shower head was broken and leaking, and it was not a small leak. I am really grateful.
The fourth and most frustrating thing for me is that the lights in the aisles and bar are broken! ! ! It stayed on all night, and stayed on like this all night. Even when I pulled out the card, it remained indifferent. If it weren’t for the fact that the children were asleep and I was afraid that they would wake up and make trouble, I really didn’t want to hold it in all night. This night was simply mine. Nightmare.
But one thing to say, the service of the lady at the check-in front desk was very warm. When I saw that I brought children, I upgraded to a parent-child room. The service was also very enthusiastic and gave snacks to the children, which was personalized. Restaurant waiters are also friendly

She called us as soon as I made the reservation and helped us plan the transportation and precautions. The apartment in general was clean but the sink in the bathroom had a horrible smell and the fridge which was disconnected and it also had a bad smell.
