"If you go to Jogja, you always stay here because it's on a low budget. Location close to everywhere.
It's just the bathroom and AC, maybe they can be cleaned regularly."

"Très bonne surprise. Hôtel neuf très confortable idéalement situé dans une rue calme a côté de l'avenue principale de Yogyakarta. Il y a même Netflix dans la chambre. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très serviable et réactif. L'hôtel n'a pas de salle de restaurant mais de nombreuses options sont disponibles aux alentours. Le petit déjeuner se commande la veille et est servi directement dans la chambre, c'était très bon."

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist einfach und schmucklos, aber zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber. Es war kein Toilettenpaper vorhanden. Das Hotel ist direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße und das Fenster ist praktisch wirkungslos. Gefühlt fuhren deshalb fast die ganze Nach die Motorräder direkt durch das Zimmer."

"Lovely room and bathroom, very clean and well looked after, only issue is that its next door to a mosque and youre woken up every morning at 04:30 by the call to prayer as its so loud we originally thought there were speakers in the room, but appreciate its not in the hotels control"

"Location is very good, in the middle of Malioboro street. Breakfast is well presented with lots of indonesian food. However tables are limited, if full there is another open section.
Room is decent and enough for my stay. Housekeeping is efficient."

MMartin ScotchGriya Batik Giri sekar homestay is a fantastic place to stay. Very welcoming host and clean rooms also very near the famous Malioboro street & train stations.

FFuji84We stayed for 6 nights and check in was smooth - attended by Ms Febi who is soft spoken and very detailed in her explaination of the facilities etc.
We start off with a bad night as the aircon compressor chose to breakdown. However, we only asked for assistance on the next morning which the front desk activated the technician who came by very promptly. The aircon settled but it again break down in the evening.
We informed front desk and happened to be Ms Febi attended to the call and this time, we are move to the new room. Ms Febi came personally to the room to help move our baggages to the new room.
It meant alot and shown a high level of customer service. We hope the management can show recognition to her.
Another staff who assisted us with check out, Ms Danisha, very professional and prompt in ensuring a smooth check out process.
The security officers, restaurant staff and house keeping are also friendly, always ready to help. Thumbs up to the hotel! Recommended as it is in the middle of Malioboro.

GGuest UserSpacious, comfortable hotel room, with comfortable beds. Aircon & wifi connection is good. Toothbrushes & bottled water are provided. There's a microwave in the small kitchenette. Very quiet room as the room is facing a wall mural, no outside view. There is a small mall, Malioboro mall, beside the hotel. The entrance to the mall is just outside the lobby. There is big mall, Plaza Malioboro, about 5 min walk from the hotel. Just a walking distance to the souvenir shops, souvenir market & eateries, about 5-7 min walk. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast is good, with a wide variety. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

AAround&AboutWe stayed 3 nights, the common areas were big enough also with a kitchenette available for guests. The area was silent but not the guesthouse, continue noise from other guests starting at 6am. The room was also spacious although very outdated and dusty. We asked for cleaning and the staff accomodated our request. The other main issues were the mosquitos which kept us awake most of the night together with the other guests' noise.

GGuest UserThe service is good, but we didn't put the sign ” Make up my room ” but the staff enter the room without our consent. We didn't request any new towels or whatever. And the toilet window style, a bit less privacy. We can see who in the toilet haha, we had to turn off the light for privacy. But if they were spouse maybe it's not a big deal. Overall, clean, comfort and nice place to stay!

杰杰丝Location is very near to Maliobromo street, easy to walk around. The entrance to the hotel is a bit narrow but the hotel will arrange to carry your bags . That was no lift in the hotel ,if you're old please choose ground floor for easy in and out
