I arrived late in the evening and the front office staff didn't know how to register a foreigner guest, so they told me that the hotel could not accept foreigners, they also called trip.com to cancel my booking. I insisted, asked them multiple times to call a manager and finally, after 40 minutes a manager came and made the check in.Room wqs nice but aircon was not working. 20 minutes to have an invoice at the check out.

酒店整體很不錯，前台服務也很好，室內衞生乾淨整潔，床上用品舒服，房間智能化，洗澡也很不錯，早餐也好.

第一次入住318房間，首先房間是可以的，床睡着挺舒服的，而且是全屋智能
入住時已經是凌晨兩點左右了，①熱水沒有我體温高，根本沒法洗澡，説温度也調不了讓我放半小時試下，然而半小時後還是不熱 ②最噁心離譜的，浴霸和牆上很多毛，不是頭髮而是毛，而且不是一兩根，都驚呆我了，服務員看了主動説再打掃下 ③早餐時間是9:30收餐，我們8:30去吃的時候部分菜品、雞蛋、麪條就沒有了，好像是因為臨時接了團隊沒有跟餐廳溝通好，導致準備不充足，但是後面還是一直在想辦法加，衹是可能會有人的時候沒得吃，後面加出來了沒人吃又浪費

還行吧，衹是被子上有個洞，廁所香薰很臟也已經沒有什麼效果了，自動窗簾有點卡整不了要手動拉一下卡住那兒，房間外面剛好對着陽台花園還不錯，服務還是可以，保潔阿姨們態度也還好缺東西都有送
