Wudangshan Suwen Homestay

The room is large and clean. You can see the mountain from the window. It is quiet. The viewing terrace is also large. No breakfast. Overall it is OK. It is more than one kilometer away from the entrance of Wudang Mountain Scenic Area. We took a taxi there.

The boss and his wife are super nice. People who like quietness can come here. I highly recommend it. I come here every time I come to Wudang Mountain.

The boss is very "smart". He only decorated the first floor to make it look high-end (see picture 1) to mislead consumers into thinking it is a stylish homestay. The interior decoration is actually just an ordinary house (see pictures 2 and 3). It is recommended that tourists who come to climb Wudang Mountain do not need to spend an extra 100 yuan to stay here. There are chain hotels within 200 yuan in the town 2 kilometers away. It is not worth spending 300 yuan to stay in a house with nothing but appearance for one night. I was originally going to stay at Mingchao Yunsu, but I chose this place because it was a bit far away.

Elegant environment, a good place to stay outside Wudang Mountain

The hotel is located up the roadside slope. There is a parking lot and garden at the door. The design is very unique, the environment is elegant, and there are restaurants nearby. It is 1.8 kilometers away from Wudang Mountain Scenic Area and Wudang Mountain Town. The boss is nice and helps with washing and hanging clothes. There is no elevator. The room is spacious, clean, and has a balcony. The design is good, the facilities are complete, and there is enough air conditioning and hot water. It is comfortable to watch the stars in the garden at the door at night. There is no table and chair on the balcony of the room. It is better to have one. The curtains are not very light-blocking. If you want to sleep in in the morning, it is best to bring an eye mask.
