五一前去的，人不多，整個園區稍顯荒涼。前台走出200米就到了水庫邊上，今年太過乾旱，水位較低。房間很大，設施齊全，訂的觀水房但看不到水。酒店整體較偏僻，周圍沒有吃飯的地方，不太方便。

前台服務一般，枕頭上有明顯污漬，酒店在景區內，周邊沒什麼吃的，想吃東西要去市區。體驗感很一般，出來玩住酒店就想圖個乾淨衞生，溢價200，感覺這個體驗對不起這個價格。

酒店在旅遊區內，周圍綠化不錯，特別安靜，距離市區有四五站地，適合自駕旅客，房間寬敞，設施合理，住宿性價比好，還有有簡便早餐。

然後就定了個大套房
本來以為溢價很高
但是去了以後沒有想到房間超大
對帶小孩比較友好的是地方很大
附近還有遊樂園

訂房的時候寫的水岸觀景房和古鎮觀景房，請問水岸在哪兒？？？隨便給了一個房間，也沒看見水岸在哪兒，開窗就是樓下停車場，問前台説是想多了看不到水岸的，那高樓層有一邊能看到丹江口水庫你怎麼説？？？如果沒有水岸訂房時寫的水岸的意義呢？算欺詐消費者嗎？

中央空調是壞的，開了五六個小時還是30度，半夜熱的睡不着。前台電話打不通，幾經周折前台才拿了遙控器把房間的單體空調打開。
房間的隔音也非常差，隔壁房間洗澡，我這邊的房間像瀑布奔騰一樣，完全沒法睡。
