酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，酒店有停車場。前台服務人員熱情接待，我們年齡大一點，前台的服務人員總是耐心細緻的解答，有問必答。為我們升級了房間，並把我們安排在一個樓層。客房寬敞，佈局合理，設施齊全，床品乾淨舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡水非常好。總之是一次非常愉快的體驗。

以前的維也納智好酒店改了現在的名字，但設備沒更新，設施太老舊了，好在床品乾淨整潔，外面安靜不吵，一夜睡得還挺好的，勝在位置好，離丹江水厙近，酒店對面有一個早餐店，節約時間，方便出行。

第一次來丹江口，給我的感覺就是不好停車，但是這家店會給我找車位，對面停車場還給我報銷了，前台和保安大哥服務不錯，熱情周到，環境也還行，點個贊😌

地理位置不錯，但房間設施比較老舊，沙發很臟也不知道清洗。浴巾發黃，床單也不乾淨！跟房間價格不太相符。下次不會考慮了！

設施老舊、房間內衞生也一般；房間隔音非常差，走廊的説話聲、隔壁房間的水聲、街邊的音樂及汽車的聲音非常嘈雜，整晚都沒睡好；服務態度中規中矩；樓下有肯德基，酒店對面的早點鋪子非常不錯
