1.我提前11天定的房間是大床房，就是怕暑假旅遊旺季沒房間，但是商家在沒有通知我和告知我的情況下，私自給我安排雙床房，我一進房間蒙圈了，打電話給前台，前台説有一個客户沒有退房，所以沒房間了，衹能讓我住雙床房，這是我的錯嗎？
2.雙床房比較便宜，商家也沒有主動給我差價，豪華智能大床房156元，豪華智能雙床房148元，她們也沒有主動給我退差價，可以看下面的圖片。
3.酒店沒有抽紙，衹有捲紙。
4.房間地面都是灰塵和垃圾，衞生很臟，可以看下面的圖片。
5.剛營業7.8個月的酒店，裝修甲醛味很重。
以上實話實説，大家可以看圖片！我都沒有投訴攜程，不然他們酒店就又完了，因為攜程會給他們扣分降級！

性價比高，非常推薦！前台小姑娘服務好，酒店是新酒店，設施都比較新，房間乾淨衞生明亮，無異味，床品很新舒適，門前的停車場非常大，緊挨着橋頭，出行很方便，河堤環境不錯！

設施：新酒店設施齊全，有很大的免費停車場，停車十分方便。
衞生：乾淨整潔沒有異味。
環境：位置優越，距離江邊不足百米，江邊景色宜人，遠眺即可清晰看到壯觀的丹江口大壩。距離二橋不到30米，交通出行方便。
服務：所有的服務人員待人真誠友好，熱情且有素養，服務貼心周到。
這樣好的一個酒店價格確不高，性價比最好。

賓館位置很好，座落在市中心漢江水都二橋西橋頭邊上。賓館規模雖不大，但很乾凈，智慧房間裏各種設施一應俱全。
