All inclusive yet you have to pay for bottled water. Housekeeping claimed restocking of toiletries was not complementary. The food options were quite poor and beverages were limited. Some of the staff were helpful some were definitely not! Everything was more of a motel quality. Definitely would not recommend.

The resort facilities and water parks were fun and easily accessible. The rooms needed to be more clean with frequent room service every day.

Service was not on point. I had to call three times just to have someone clean the room and it has been two days since anyone even come. No service this place is not a real resort more like an Air BNB that feeds you when your only allowed to eat. The price they charged for this resort was not worth it I asked around the island and everyone said the same. You can spend the same for a better resort on the island. We stay as much as we can outside the resort. Ooh and a can of soda at the resort is $4.50cent oh my god.

This resort has limited food and drinks, everything closed off at 11pm. if your flight is delayed and come in late there is no food or snacks. Not much variety of food. The drinks were awful, only the beers are ok. No top shelves liquor or proper mix drinks. The staff were not friendly at all...
The rooms are not cleaned, the cleaners only come twice a week to change the linen. There were roach, bed bugs bite me up. Overall, I was really disappointed with the resort, especially the cleaning the rooms. I personally will not go that resort anymore and I will not recommend anyone to go.

The property was great for the kids with plenty of pool and water slides and even a water park. The rooms def could have been cleaner and the staff was not pleasant at times !

We were there in this property for only 1 night. The food options were very limited, and long lines for hot food.
There were also mosquitoes in there...

Bad services and limitations.
Pros: Is all inclusive and that’s it and you can save a lot of money.
Cons: The food is limited you don’t have too much options, the personal service is poor and unfriendly. The rooms is okay but smell rare and the water of the bathroom. For adults doesn’t have entertainment and the only entertainment they have? Is a live music and close at 22:00. The internet doesn’t work properly.
