AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Airport

Very new hotel. Clean and comfortable When using parking lot, just valet 27$ per day

The walls in the washroom had some toothpaste splatter that wasn't cleaned. The telephone shower bracket was hanging off so I fixed it. The toilet lid was loose and you would slide around. They need a matenaince person to stay on top of the repairs. The check in staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good.

Gret hotel.The only difficulty is finding the lobby.You have todrive into parking garage and enter on second level.Very confusing.

All around I was very please at this hotel great location my only regret no one inform me that cleaning service was every other day

Seems like its a new hotel. Loved the room and bathroom. Stayed for one night before our cruise and would definitely want to stay here again!

We got off a cruise ship and we’re at the hotel by 9 AM. We didn’t expect to be able to get into our room until later in the day however, the front desk person recognized that we were Marriott members and was able to provide us with an earlier check-in. It made our day much less complicated and it was a pleasant surprise.

Not so good. The lobby/breakfast area/bar area was so cold we couldn't even stay and relax in lobby. We complained and they said the air was broken and they were working on it. 3 days and never fixed. The hotel staff were in heavy sweaters and scarfs. Not pleasant. Our room was never cleaned. When we returned at night they sent up more towels.

There was a major problem with the air conditioning. It was cold enough to hang meat in the lobby. We had no maid service the first morning...no towels or water. Had to call down to the desk that evening to get towels for the next morning.
