The hotel is fine. But as I found everywhere I went in Florida, that most of the staff was in training, and incompetent. I called for the free shuttle waited an hour called again waited an hour and finally paid to get to the hotel. I questioned the shuttle driver and he said the front desk never informed him of a pickup. That was the first of quite a few bad experiences I had at this hotel. Hopefully they will get staff trained and service will improve. But I won’t be staying here again.

The front desk service is very poor... The check-out time of the hotel is 12 o'clock. Due to special circumstances, I need to delay the check-out by 30 minutes. I went to the front desk to communicate. At first, they said no. After asking the manager, they agreed to delay the check-out by 30 minutes. However, when I left the hotel, the hotel charged 50 US dollars from the deposit as a late check-out fee without explaining the situation to me. I was very dissatisfied with this and communicated with the front desk manager of the hotel. The front desk manager had a bad attitude and had no service awareness for the guests staying in the hotel. It is recommended to choose this hotel carefully to avoid affecting the interest of the trip.
I communicated with Ctrip customer service in time about the above situation, and Ctrip's service was as five-star as always.

Staying only overnight for a cruise. It was an attractive choice because they had a shuttle from the airport. Unfortunately when we called for the shuttle we were given the incorrect waiting area. The driver said that he looked for us but never called us (we were asked to give a number for this very reason. It took 2 more calls to get it straight. Might not sound like a big deal but was very frustrating at the time. The hotel itself as was nice. The staff was very friendly and informative.

This place got the job done. It wasn’t anything fancy but I just needed to stay somewhere close to the airport, and it’s perfect for just that. Note it is next to a high way so if you’re a light sleeper it might not be great.

The hotel is clean with a friendly staff. Its close to the cruise port with comfortable beds, large room with planning desk, little fridge, microwave, small sink too. Breakfast is also offered... I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming for a few nights before your cruise.
