Careful purchasing 2 rooms in 1 transanction Purchase 2 room with a single transanction thus given a single booking confirmation for 2 rooms but homewood disnt acknowledge it saying one reservation number per room although my bill stated for 2 sets of couple

Toilet tank was empty and we could not flush the toilet. Thermostat for A/C not working and was stuck on 75 degrees and could not be cooler. Also air handler was very noisy. Made reservation on ******* and prepaid but staff said they did not receive full payment. Argued for over an hour within resolution. The only positive was a nice breakfast buffet.

Good place. To charge for parking is not a friendly way to welcome guests. The kitchen has stove, microwave, dishwasher, a huge fridge, plates, cups and glasses. But lacks silverware or utensils of any kind. The suite is large and comfortable, quiet and well lighted. AC works fine, wifi is enough for normal use. They try to offer something different at breakfast every day.

Check in was supposed to be at 3. We got to the hotle at 3 and had to wait an hour for our room. Then the room smelled musky. Other than that the hotel was ok. Not as good as other Hilton properties I have stayed at.

I do not recommend this property. The room was not ready until almost 6pm. Once I entered the room, the couch had crumbs from the previous customer. Housekeeping did not come once during the entire stay. I called for a non-feather pillow due to allergies, and it took over 4 hours to arrive. On the third day, I had to call housekeeping for towels due to them not coming to refresh the room, and I ended up having to call again after no one came for over 3 hours. Carpets need cleaning extremely badly. The lobby furniture is in terrible condition as well. The doors are also filthy.
