I stayed in Room 636. I slept more than 3 o’clock at night. There was a bat in the room. It was a midnight terror. I called the front desk and changed a standard room. It was very noisy towards the road. When I checked out the next morning, the front desk didn't have any regrets. I felt that this matter seemed to be very general, which made people feel very uncomfortable! This service level really needs to be improved 🔔Service: Fright at Midnight!
