平時很少在網上評價，本次出差住這酒店太差了，一定要寫下來給大家避坑。號稱四星級酒店，服務差、設備老舊、我們定的價格也不便宜，是當地很貴的。結果處處都是坑🙂：
1⃣️酒店過道晚上都是暗暗的，很陰森，房子老舊，內部老舊，6點左右去負一樓，本打算去健身房，結果樓下過道關燈了，嚇到直接回房間了。
2⃣️水喝完了，讓送水，前台説收費5元一瓶（冰露）
3⃣️房間非常暗，好幾個燈都是壞的，晚上睡覺，反鎖也不行，門壞了。如圖一
4⃣️房間地毯有味道，使用太久，一進房間都是臭的，房間沙發也臟臟的，沙發墊子全起球了。
5⃣️房間座機也是壞的，無法使用，打前台電話都得通過網上平台，私人手機撥打
6⃣️電視是很老的電話，一打開，畫面很差，電視畫面像是膠片一樣🙃如圖二
7⃣️早餐一般，完全不值這個價，早餐水果沒洗乾淨，還不新鮮。
8⃣️早上出門吃早餐，房卡也刷不開了，前台説是自動反鎖功能，就下樓去前台找人開門，前台態度非常不好，甩臉子。後面也等很久才來開門
9⃣️位置太偏了，也很冷清，附近沒有吃的，很難打到車，在網上買水果，大潤發也不送，非常不方便。
總之，體驗感非常差，給大家避坑，這酒店全是坑，可以直接拉黑🙂

非常不好的入住體驗。可以説處處是坑，毫無接待能力，前台辦理入住就一個工作人員，5間房辦理入住等了快半小時；温泉衹有室外一部分開放，室內沒有開放；餐廳臨時菜單，過年價格上調可以理解，但菜品質量太敷衍了，除了鹹就是鹹；枕頭又硬又高，讓拿一個小枕頭，入住時前台就答應隨即讓客房服務員送過來，可直到晚上十點還沒送，多次催促回覆説客房服務員就一個人忙不過來，我們讓孩子去前台自己取，竟然對孩子説要下班了，沒人找了，打前台電話投訴，前台又回覆酒店沒有其他規格枕頭，問她為何入住時不告知，她直接甩臉説她不知道；第二天早餐更是大跌眼鏡，度假酒店九點半就結束用餐，九點十五分餐食就空空如也，衹剩雞蛋和麪條，虧我還從攜程多訂了一份早餐。

差評！！幾年前去的一次感覺很好，這次介紹朋友一起來的。1.麻煩領導們自己去住一下黴味沖天的房間，保證你整夜睡不着，除非你喝酒不省人事😂。2.麻煩領導微服私訪一下，看看你們值班客房服務員的態度，保證你會大吃一驚。除非你不管員工素質。3.麻煩領導看看你們的一次性拖鞋，那個是政府審查合格的麼？符合標準？化學物質超標吧？那個味能沖到腦子裡。還有洗澡間好多腿的爬蟲，床頭地毯上別人吐的，洗髮水沐浴露各種樣式的……😓😱再也不去了，也不推薦別人了。

我從攜程訂的房間到吧枱告知我訂的大床房沒有了，説給我換個房間，換到酒店後面的別墅區3樓！拎個箱子帶個孩子，上樓都費勁！送的早餐券，早上去吃飯在黑米粥裏發現有蟲子！真是噁心至極！一點也不值300多塊錢！差評！要來的親們要慎重考慮一下！

先説好的，酒店周圍環境不錯，前台還有服務員態度都特別好，見到都很開心的打招呼。
接下來全部是吐槽：
1. 價格變來變去。我在出行前兩天訂的豪華大床房價格是475一晚不可取消，出行前一天同樣房間價格變成了285，聯繫攜程官方溝通，在出行當天早上允許重新預訂，價格又變成了335。開車在高速上一直還在溝通。
2. 設施老舊，好多地方灰多厚，衞生間櫃子門都掉了。～
3. 酒店入住人不多，温泉人更少，好多公共區域燈都沒開，黑漆漆的。
4. 最不能接受的一點是睡覺到半夜中央空調居然關了，房間28度，床上被子又厚，孩子全身熱的濕透，幸好沒有感冒。早上溝通，前台説外面下雨了涼快了。
5. 早餐品種少，炒麪炒飯烤腸都冰涼，最後衹能下兩碗麪條吃。
本來預訂了兩晚，第二天早上果斷退掉，實在一刻都不想多待。
