這家五星級的灑店，大堂前台服務熱情周到。因為離景點近，本來是慕名而來，但卻讓人大跌眼鏡兒。房間浴室裏的地墊兒臟的一塌糊塗，像是若干年沒有清洗過，拿着都粘手。去餐廳零點吃飯時，當時裏面衹有一桌人，結果等左鄰右舍都吃得差不多了，一個半小時過去了，我們的菜還沒上呢，好不容易上了個手抓餅，結果變成了一小塊兒一小塊兒碎片兒，像是炒碎了的玉米餅。問服務員: 這怎麼跟點菜單上一圈圈轉着的螺絲轉不一樣？她的回答是: 菜單是菜單，做出來的就是這樣。不知道這家酒店是怎麼培訓員工的，真讓人無語了。另外一個菜到最後也沒上來，衹能退了。等晚上睡覺，堂堂五星級的酒店，蚊子嗡嗡在耳邊叫了一晚上。沒轍！三十六計走為上！不知道這家飯店是管理的問題？還是培訓的問題？😥😢😟

去年今年4次入住，這是青甘環網上最優質的度假酒店，完勝蘭州西寧等省會城市的五星級酒店。外部環境優雅整潔，地面停車場管理有效進出有序，房間寬敞通風良好，衞浴空間乾濕分離毫無異味，早餐豐富味道可口，前台及2樓中餐廳工作人員待客有道，熱情負責，稱得上是愉快舒適毫無瑕疵的入住體驗。

酒店設施很新，坐落在河邊，比較安靜。地上停車場很大，雖然周圍沒什麼商業，但是酒店自己的餐廳就挺好，我們住了兩晚，吃了兩個晚餐和一個午餐，手抓羊肉以及當地特色，都不錯。適合自駕旅客。

衞生：入住第一天在抽紙盒抽出了一衹類似於青蛙的小動物，並且桌面有很多灰。
安全：床頭的燈罩凌晨4、5點破裂掉在地上，還帶着小孩在睡覺，真是被嚇到了。撥打酒店前台來了一個人清理碎片。
服務：針對以上情況未得到酒店的任何反饋，更不要説是道歉。
大家謹慎選擇！！

絕對超值五星級酒店，服務標準到位，設施齊全完善，服務熱情，中餐廳的飯菜可口並且價格合適。早餐豐富不過缺少果汁類飲料。向酒店提出設施問題能夠迅速得到反饋並立即致歉還贈送小禮品。如果以後能再來宕昌的話一定還會住這家酒店。

一：衣櫥味道非常大，我們晾了幾件衣服在裏面就沒關衣櫥門。結果凌晨1點多嗓子疼醒，找到原因後開窗簾通風，關上衣櫥，味道才變小。麻煩酒店好好過一過衣櫥環境安全關。二：一早退房下雨，我們兩個小孩，酒店擺了了牌子不給在門口停車接人，服務員也不幫忙拿下行李。

房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，床品柔軟舒適，衞生打掃得很乾凈。酒店的早餐豐富多樣，有各種中西式美食，味道也很好。前台工作人員服務態度熱情周到，辦理入住和退房手續都很迅速，還主動為我提供了周邊景點的遊玩建議。酒店的位置也很不錯，交通便利，周邊有很多餐廳和商場，出行非常方便。

衞生：衞生比較乾淨，第一晚入住的時候套房衹有兩雙拖鞋。
環境：在縣城邊上，離的不遠，早餐味道一般，連着兩天菜品沒換。
