Check-in: Check-in was quick and we were given a pass for free entry to vineyard and two small bottles of wine. An extra key card was also provided upon request. No deposit had to be made. The receptionist didn’t seem to have a lot of experience in handling booking confirmations shown in English language, but they quickly found it in their system instead. Rooms: Quite spacious and with all the furniture. It had a sofa set, 4 chairs with side tables along with a working desk and chair as well. Bedroom had a king size bed and a side sofa as well. The living room had a small balcony which allows you to enjoy the view outside. The lights were automatic and all buttons were touch operated. Air conditioner took some time and were not always able to reach the desired temperature. Luckily the weather was good. Amenities: The mini bar refrigerator seem to have been removed during our visit; but there was tea, coffee and two complementary water bottles, a big 5 liter jar of drinking water was also in the room which only costed 5 RMB. We didn’t try the gym but a walk around the pond was quite pleasant. Bathroom: The bathroom was big, fitted with a bathtub and good water pressure. Hot water was always available but not sure why it was yellow in color; should be fine for bathing I guess. The shower only worked in one mode and drain seemed a bit broken. Shower gel bottle was only filled up to a quarter of its capacity but seemed enough as we didn’t have to ask for a refill. There was no shaving kit found among disposables but all other items were there. Service: The room service was great and the food that we ordered from hotel restaurant arrived within 20 minutes. They also cleaned the room when we went out in the morning and provided a fresh set of towels and other amenities. Reception always provided the directions but no one accompanied us to the room after check-in. They always had a smile on and helped us with all our queries.

Overall, this stay was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very new and the environment is very good. Basically, each room is a separate building and does not interfere with each other. There are also small courtyards facing the center of the lake. The living room and bedroom also have large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the beautiful scenery outside the window by opening the curtains. You can also sit at the tea table in the yard to taste tea and coffee, which is very comfortable. It can be seen that the room facilities and equipment have also been worked hard. All facilities and equipment are basically intelligent electronic control. On the last day, I found ”Xiaoyi” on the wall at the head of the bed that can be voice-controlled. It can control all smart devices in the house. You can also use your mobile phone to connect to the background music system in the Bluetooth room. Play concerts while taking a bath, which is very comfortable. The amenities are all from Herborist. The soap smells good. The shampoo and shower gel are useless, but the bottle is very beautiful. I took it away and collected it. 😄, there are adult and children's slippers, both are very comfortable, and the children's are also distinguished by blue and pink, which is really thoughtful. The water in the room is also very rich, from Sprite and Coke to Nongfu Spring and Baisuishan, as well as Nongfu soda water, and they are all free. It is really rich and luxurious at this price! The rooms of the entire hotel are built around the lake. There is a small tower in the lake that looks exactly like the Three Pools Mirroring the Moon 😁 and there are cruise ships. I will come back to experience the lake cruise next time. In short, this is a pleasant and unforgettable holiday experience. The garden-style homestay style is very elegant, there are not many varieties of breakfast but you can eat enough, the accommodation is quiet and comfortable, and there is a star feeling. 總的來説酒店還是很不錯的，在鬧市區，卻能做到鬧中取靜，十分方便，周邊吃的還有商業很多，服務也不錯，停車儘管有點遠但是是地下停車場，挺好的，尤其保安大哥特別好
