The hotel is right next to the lotus pond. It is a pleasant surprise. There is no cave after entering the door. The staff are very nice and the yard is well repaired. The only drawback is that the room is not soundproofed. Generally speaking, it is highly recommended.

園林景觀別具匠心，春天的園景宜人，晚上安靜。服務水平欠佳。1. 五一假期入住，晚上冷，想要加被子，打電話給前台，前台的答覆是：“被子沒辦法給您加，因為假期客滿。”一再要求後，前台答覆“給您協調一下”，最後終於送來被子。作為顧客，感覺這樣的服務意識很落後。感覺要求點什麼服務，工作人員的答覆總是先拒絕。現在的服務難道不都是“不僅積極滿足客人的需求，還儘量多做一些”的理念嗎？！廁所沒紙了，問前台要，送來了，一看是半卷，但是是新的，就是非常薄，半天就用完了。為了點廁紙，至於這麼摳搜嗎？！洗髮水是非常小的瓶子，用完後第二天服務員沒有補新的。2. 早餐7-9點，誰來度假8點多就得起床？！又不是上班。早餐衹有炒菜、涼拌菜、包子花捲、雞蛋油條、稀飯豆漿，稀飯和豆漿很快就搶完。3. 酒店在景區裏，進酒店要進入景區大門，每天進出都要交10元停車費，收費大媽非常生硬，衹強調“領導規定，都得交！”作為酒店，這點協調工作不能做好嗎？幾千的住宿費用都花了，10元的入門費讓人覺得鼠目寸光，砸自己旅遊的招牌。總的來説，酒店蓋得不錯，人員服務意識和專業素質差得比較遠。

套房整體不錯，有些細節還需提升。客廳燈光太暗，沒有主燈衹有四個射燈，相比較卧室燈光很充足，感覺不可理解，為什麼客廳不能燈光充足些。衞生間淋浴區沒有放洗護東西的架子，這個設計也很讓人不可理解，希望細節再提升。

房間很大，酒店環境非常好，帶娃出遊很愉快。
五一出遊人比較多，酒店收拾衞生稍微有點慢。不過工作人員態度都非常好。
最滿意的是房間環境，窗外有水，有花園。酒店裡麪亭台樓閣，小橋流水，環境很美。

唯獨的缺點就是吃飯有點麻煩
早餐還好説
中餐晚餐的走十分鐘去農莊解決
房間裏一樓建議把空調製熱保持到清明節後吧

酒店位置挺好的緊挨着古鎮和景區，出行特別方便，環境也不錯，特別安靜，很適合週末出來放空休閑。房間熱水温度適宜，挺乾淨的，酒店服務周到熱情。很有當地特色，蠻不錯的一次體驗，酒店一出門有很大的一片荷塘，這個時候荷花還沒開，等到夏天荷花開了想必又是另一番景象，期待下次有機會再來，還會再次光顧這裏。
