酒店就在荷花池的旁邊，特別驚喜，進門之後別有洞天，工作人員都非常nice，院子修的很好，唯一美中不足的是房間隔音不太好，總體來説非常推薦了。

酒店位置環境都非常棒。在棣花古鎮裏，門前有一片非常大的的荷花，可以遊船出完，早餐豐盛，空氣涼爽舒適，適合帶孩子遊玩，

園林景觀別具匠心，春天的園景宜人，晚上安靜。服務水平欠佳。1. 五一假期入住，晚上冷，想要加被子，打電話給前台，前台的答覆是：“被子沒辦法給您加，因為假期客滿。”一再要求後，前台答覆“給您協調一下”，最後終於送來被子。作為顧客，感覺這樣的服務意識很落後。感覺要求點什麼服務，工作人員的答覆總是先拒絕。現在的服務難道不都是“不僅積極滿足客人的需求，還儘量多做一些”的理念嗎？！廁所沒紙了，問前台要，送來了，一看是半卷，但是是新的，就是非常薄，半天就用完了。為了點廁紙，至於這麼摳搜嗎？！洗髮水是非常小的瓶子，用完後第二天服務員沒有補新的。2. 早餐7-9點，誰來度假8點多就得起床？！又不是上班。早餐衹有炒菜、涼拌菜、包子花捲、雞蛋油條、稀飯豆漿，稀飯和豆漿很快就搶完。3. 酒店在景區裏，進酒店要進入景區大門，每天進出都要交10元停車費，收費大媽非常生硬，衹強調“領導規定，都得交！”作為酒店，這點協調工作不能做好嗎？幾千的住宿費用都花了，10元的入門費讓人覺得鼠目寸光，砸自己旅遊的招牌。總的來説，酒店蓋得不錯，人員服務意識和專業素質差得比較遠。

套房整體不錯，有些細節還需提升。客廳燈光太暗，沒有主燈衹有四個射燈，相比較卧室燈光很充足，感覺不可理解，為什麼客廳不能燈光充足些。衞生間淋浴區沒有放洗護東西的架子，這個設計也很讓人不可理解，希望細節再提升。

園林式的酒店，硬件條件很不錯，房間也寬敞明亮 ，出門就是棣花古鎮的千畝荷塘，可以遊古街可以乘遊船，如果不想出門，就在酒店裡盪盪鞦韆喂喂魚看看風景也是極好的

房間很大，酒店環境非常好，帶娃出遊很愉快。
五一出遊人比較多，酒店收拾衞生稍微有點慢。不過工作人員態度都非常好。
最滿意的是房間環境，窗外有水，有花園。酒店裡麪亭台樓閣，小橋流水，環境很美。
