Hotels in Wanda plaza/Anton Old Street/Moon Island, Dandong

My stay at the Wanda Atour Hotel Dandong was a truly wonderful experience! It's perfectly located right next to Wanda Plaza, surrounded by a wealth of restaurants and shopping options. It's within walking distance of Andong Old Street, where you can experience local culture. The Memorial Hall of the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea is also very close, making travel incredibly convenient. The warm lighting and simple, elegant decor in the lobby instantly captivated me. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, checking me in quickly and offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The bedding was comfortable, the smart devices were incredibly convenient, and the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas. The room was spotless, especially the bathroom, with spotless countertops and mirrors. The shower area had no grime in the grout, and even the inside of the toilet was thoroughly cleaned. Toiletries were neatly arranged and perfectly packaged. The breakfast was incredibly varied, offering not only the usual bread and eggs, but also Dandong specialties like fried forks, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel also offers a full range of amenities, including a gym, laundry facilities, and a library. Free parking is also a truly thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dandong!

There are three of us girls living here and we feel very happy. After getting the room card, we found there was no ashtray in the room. So we went downstairs. At that time, Joey helped us change to a smoking room and we are very close to each other. We are very grateful for her help. We really like Dandong. There are delicious seafood and fruits here. We also enjoyed the local barbecue ^_^

This hotel exceeded expectations! The service is considerate and thoughtful, from check-in to check-out, the entire process is meticulous, and the staff proactively asks about needs and responds quickly. The room is clean and bright, with advanced and complete facilities, practical dry and wet separation design in the bathroom, and soft and comfortable bedding. The hotel also provides flexible services such as free late check-out and customized breakfast, which truly takes guests into consideration. Both the quality of details and the overall experience are impeccable, great value for money, and highly recommended to relatives and friends!

The hotel was great overall. We would recommend it. The service was impecable: Every time we needed something we would call the front desk and they would answer right away. If we ordered food it would be delivered by a friendly robot directly to our door. There were a couple of cleanliness issues: one was a stain of humidity in the bathroom, and the other was one of the coffee mugs which was improperly cleaned. (Photos below)

It was my first time to visit Dandong. I chose the Fred Hotel among many hotels. The main reason was that it was convenient to park. It was close to the river. From the hotel, I could see North Korea from afar. At night, I could take a walk along the Moon Island by the river. In addition, parking was difficult during holidays. If I took a taxi to Andong Old Street, Wanda Plaza, and the Broken Bridge of the Yalu River, it would basically cost no more than 9 yuan, which was very convenient. The most important thing was that the surrounding environment was quiet and would not disturb my rest at night. Of course, I also want to thank the hotel for upgrading the river view room for free. In short, this experience was very good. I look forward to traveling to Dandong next time. I will choose the Fred Hotel again.

Highly recommend Lavande Hotel! The location is absolutely, the Youth Lake is out, it is super convenient to walk to the Yalu River, and it is close to the attractions, saving a lot of traffic time. The hotel has its own large parking lot, a single house is safe, and there is no worry about driving. Walk to the morning market, buy specialties, eat breakfast super convenient, the room is clean and hygienic, living is particularly comfortable! The service is also very warm and thoughtful. There are so many delicious foods around.

There is a parking lot on the riverside, very close to Moon Island and Moon Island Seafood Food Stalls Night Market. The large night market is very crowded. Andong Old Street is not far away by foot for ten minutes, and Broken Bridge is slightly further away by taxi for ten minutes. The hotel is quiet, the interior decoration is OK, the facilities are complete, and the service is good. It is worth staying.

丹東是我的第二故鄉，在這裏上學待了4年很有感情，正好休假回來帶母親媳婦孩子看看，因為對丹東比較熟悉就訂了這個酒店，説實話有點小不得勁。因為母親需要和小孩一起住尋思訂製一個大一點的房間，就訂了一個高級大床和普通大床，攜程上顯示高級大床房間面積要大一些，順利辦完入住一看房間大小都一樣，就多了一個小小圓桌和椅子，和攜程説的嚴重不符，然後就去前台問了一下我的疑問，前台的小姑娘説:高級大床和普通大床差別就是多了小桌子和椅子，然後就留下一臉懵逼的我待在原地，她就趕緊繼續忙別的，生怕我再對她提出任何疑問😂，其實房間多了180塊錢沒啥，就是我覺得有點太敷衍了，我之前也在五星級酒店酒店實習過，其實我是很理解前台人員的不易，還是希望貴酒店加強業務培訓吧 哈哈 ，其它的地方都挺好乾凈，早餐，停車場，前台帥哥們的熱情，最後希望丹東發展越來越好，下次還來咱們這入住😄

The room was large and clean, the front desk staff was very welcoming, the ground floor environment was average, the biggest drawback was the parking fee in front of the building, and it was very expensive, 5 yuan an hour, and 40 yuan for more than 10 hours, which is exorbitant for a small sixth-tier city. Of course, the hotel didn't charge for parking. There's a big morning market behind the building, which is quite comprehensive and cheap.

Facilities: The amenities are well-equipped, the location is incredibly convenient with easy access to transportation, and there are plenty of local food options right downstairs. Hygiene: The place is spotlessly clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. Environment: The environment is excellent – quiet and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Service: The owner is very friendly and provides outstanding service.
