第二次入住，房間衞生很差，馬桶側面尿漬未清，毛巾有毛髮，地毯未吸塵。床頭睡眠開關按後仍有氛圍燈關不上，影響睡眠（第一晚也是如此）。房間沒有防盜鏈，安全感不高。

前台的接待有待提高，所有的服務是真的一點都沒看到，小姐姐連眼皮都不抬一下，問有沒有推薦的景點也説不知道，真不如就別説話了。

服務滿分是因為機器人送了幾次物品，非常方便，前台工作人員不錯。入住體驗不高是因為隔壁抽煙開着門，串煙很厲害，衹能開窗通風。第三晚終於明白睡眠燈要連按兩次才能關閉所有燈光，可以貼個提示。

幫別人定的酒店，很不滿意以下兩點：
1.酒店大廳正在裝修，平台沒有告知，裝修早灰大前台就一個人服務態度還很一般。
2.原本看見評價有送温泉票可以洗浴，結果辦理入住才被告知春節後就取消了，那叫豪華温泉房的意義在哪？早知道定更新的那家，人家還送票。
不過據説洗浴環境也一般就那麼地了，建議想選酒店多對比幾家，

酒店非常不錯，位置好，去哪裡都方便。有很大的地下停車場，停車方便。房間大，預訂時看到的房間規格是31㎡，可入住之後發現比在大連住了五天的號稱30㎡房間大太多了，舒服！另外，各項服務都很貼心，WiFi免密碼，信號強，開燈關燈、窗簾和空調控制都在床頭，非常方便。早餐廳大，用餐環境好，吃的東西也豐富，早餐居然還有大蝦，而且很新鮮，蝦肉很脆。總之，非常滿意。
