The service received full marks because the robot delivered items several times, which was very convenient, and the front desk staff was nice. The check-in experience was not good because the door was open when smoking next door, and the smoke was very strong, so the window could only be opened for ventilation. On the third night, I finally figured out that I had to click the sleep light twice to turn off all the lights, so I could post a reminder.

The room I booked was large, with double beds, which was pretty good. Only half of the shower head is running out of water. It's time to replace it with a cheap and easy-to-use one. Don’t embarrass Dandong’s service industry!

I am very dissatisfied with the following two points about the hotel I booked for someone else: 1. The hotel lobby is being renovated, but the platform did not notify us. The renovation has already begun and there is only one person at the front desk, but his service attitude is average. 2. I originally saw in the review that there was a hot spring ticket for bathing, but when I checked in, I was told that it would be canceled after the Spring Festival. So what is the meaning of calling it a deluxe hot spring room? If I had known which company to update, they would have given me tickets. However, it is said that the bathing environment is generally so poor. It is recommended to compare several hotels before choosing one.

3年前來丹東住過這裏，一直記得樓下的温泉洗浴超好。這次回丹東特意訂的這裏，雖然設施有點陳舊，但是衞生很好，樓下温泉洗浴24小時營業 ，幾點回來都能去泡泡澡。樓下的早市賣的螃蟹即新鮮又便宜，市場很大賣什麼的都有 。第一天在酒店吃早餐有點不愉快的事情發生，酒店的美女經理處理得非常到位。還送了果盤。我喜歡這裏又多住了一晚！給你們的服務點贊👍下次回丹東還會住這裏。
