I stayed one night. Tried to leave my room about 10pm and couldn’t get out. The door lock would not open. I called front desk for help but not a single person spoke any English and my Chinese is too limited to explain the complicated situation. I had to contact a friend in a nearby city to call and then WeChat with the hotel. It took over an hour to get me out of the room and when I was finally out they they removed the malfunctioning lock mechanism from the door because they had no other room they could put me in. It was a VERY scary and stressful experience. I talked to the manager the next day who promised me a 50% refund as an apology but I have received absolutely nothing. An international hotel like Ji should be better prepared to help foreign customers. More importantly, I shouldn’t have to be afraid to be trapped in my room. Won’t go there again ever

The room for 4 people I booked this time was very spacious and comfortable, and also very clean. The location is excellent, very close to the train station, the breakfast was good, and the front desk staff was nice!

This is the most rubbish store I have ever stayed in in the whole season. This apartment is not even 10 square meters, and platinum members don't even get fruits.

The facilities are relatively outdated, especially when taking a shower, I struggled with the choice of water temperature and flow size.
The overall environment is okay. It's about 6-7 minutes' walk from the train station. It's also convenient to eat nearby.
