The hotel was good. I love the atmosphere and the rooms were clean and comfy but the staff isn't much cooperative. The city is amazing and you can do lots of different things.

怎麼才能打0分啊，
設施：9月初入駐 就沒有空調了，這時候的丹東可還是30多度的天啊，通風衹能靠30*40的小窗，衞生間一股黴味道，冰箱也不能使用，打開是熱的。
衞生：樓梯口經常堆滿垃圾。房間到處蛾蚋、
服務：酒店前台態度倨傲 快遞不能寄放讓指個快遞存放處也回覆是不管的，他們衹管自己的。本來的自助早餐沒有通知我們的情況下第六天説是變送餐了，結果還漏我的，我到早餐樓層詢問阿姨才知道這事情。
本來想就洗澡睡覺而已，結果第六天過敏了，還是全臉嚴重過敏，衹能提前離店。酒店衹免未注的一晚。

這個季節房間甚至沒有空調，很冷衹能用電暖氣應急用，房間衞生非常差收拾的不乾淨，還有上一間殘留的垃圾和避孕套，大床房竟然是一米五寬的，真的不好

酒店是在大廈裏，泳池是單獨收費的，健身房不是酒店的，是大廈的要收費。早餐還可以牛奶很濃。丹東這個地方比較小，所以公共設施和性價比一般，但前台服務還可以。

很少評價，今天抽出時間多寫幾個字，這個酒店是我到目前為止體驗感最差的一次，沒有之一。首先到酒店時門前沒有停車位了説是讓我自己找，這個不算啥；其次到房間裏發現床單上有血點，給前台打電話，前台説讓我不要給外線打，因為帶孩子所以報前台送2個一次性拖鞋和牙刷，房務人員來了拿着床單等東西直接沖問“你們啥都沒有怎麼的”，看到我正在給血點拍照，刷得把床單扯下來後將新的床單扔到床上就走了，之後再也沒回來，我給前台打電話，聽到的又是教訓的口氣説別給外線打電話，我問酒店給不給鋪床單，結果前台讓我自己給房務打電話問，我給房務打電話，房務説“床單給你放那裡了自己鋪就得了唄，如果不會她可以鋪”；這就是酒店的服務！第二天早起給前台打電話問早餐在幾層，前台回答“電梯裏有，自己看”，我又問餐廳在幾層，前台回答“電梯裏有自己看，在2層”，這就是這家酒店的服務和素質！
