房間挺大，設施齊全。周圍有個新瑪特商業街，購物方便，附近公交挺多，離火車站公交大概3站，小巷子裏吃飯的地方也多。就是抽水馬桶有點不好，不出水，後來師傅修了下暫時好了，第二天又有點問題。別的都挺好的。

如家酒店新瑪特酒店性價比高，地理位置非常優越，符合預期。出門打車很方便，旁邊就是購物一條街。比較滿意，總體給好評！

酒店整體來説還可以，先點幾點再圈幾點。
1.整體硬件設施陳舊，畢竟裝修已經好幾年了。
2.停車位有限，基本都是公共車位，沒有車位得自己去找。
3.房間插座有的不牢固，有時虛沖不上電，反正我的房間是，不知道其它房間是不是也一樣。
1.十一期間服務不錯，房間不含早餐，贈送了2人份，不過餐廳餐桌較少，期間人挺多，都沒有座位。
2.**贈送2瓶軟飲，4瓶礦泉水，挺人性化，就是十一哈！
3.超讚的是酒店位置好，斷橋、抗館和商超都很近，打車起步價就到。

房間寬敞明亮，房間有超寬的窗户，可遠眺朝鮮，前台服務態度好，酒店位置在七經街是丹東的百年商業大道，有滿道的百年銀杏樹可觀賞，附近有公交車，酒店離火車站不遠。

總體不錯，如家酒店的正常水平，有些老舊，但價格便宜，離火車站不遠。=十多分鐘就能走的鴨綠江斷橋，價格真便宜

酒店位置優越，就在市中心，走路可以到海鮮自助餐廳，物美價廉。還可以走到鴨綠江大橋那邊，不是很遠，在樓羣中穿行，也沒有很曬。

房間寬敞明亮，服務用品齊全、乾淨，酒店周圍都是商業網點，吃飯、逛街特方便。出門路兩邊就是至少有幾十年的銀杏樹，可惜我去早了，也走的匆忙，沒拍到黃了的銀杏樹，也等不到鋪滿黃色葉子的銀杏大道（據説每年的10月20日後有三天，等銀杏葉黃了、落下，市政府會有三天不打掃銜道，留待遊客欣賞拍照）。

這是目前住過、體驗感最不好的一家了。前台服務員態度不好、不願意搭理人，房間簡直是10年前的設施，淋雨噴頭不誇張，衹有4個眼出水。酒店早餐也很差勁，桌子很少，衞生也不乾淨。住了4天，每天基本上都是7:30-8:00去，沒有吃的了，而且半天也不上，今天早上什麼吃的都沒有了，等了20分鐘也沒有吃的，後來就不吃了。這個酒店唯一好的就是餐廳的一位服務員（女性、每天負責收拾桌子的）人很熱情，就這個好，其他簡直太不滿意了
