這是在攜程上訂過最差的房間。提前預訂了。因為天氣原因晚上8點多才到。老闆告知我們訂的家庭房沒有了。衹有一個七人間。就是個大通鋪加幾個單人床。還説以為我們人多特意留的大房間。可是攜程預訂時明明寫有三人。就是藉口。其實就是把我們的房間定出去了。因為太晚了。家人也都累了。衹好就乎一宿。衞生差。床單上竟然還有補丁。衞生間也不在室內的，很不方便。本來這個賓館預訂三晚的家庭房。實在受不了晚上就跟攜程客服溝通退掉了兩晚。就乎一宿已經是強忍受了。攜程客服溝通很順暢。及時解決問題。提出表揚。但是這個賓館實在是太差了。出門在外不願多生是非。不然連這一晚的錢我都不應該付。
