體驗感一點也不好，房間的四個插座三個是壞的，衹有衞生間的可以用，手機充電都沒法充，給前台反應以後説讓員工來看，我等到退房都沒人敲門來維修，門口燈的開關也是壞的，我問前台的時候説是這樣的，燈的開關在床頭，這個床頭燈也真的離譜，無法用語言描繪，看圖體會，這個床還是兩個小床對一起的，説是給我升級了一個兩米四的大床，不滿意的一次消費

房間很乾凈整潔，2.4的大床躺着很舒服 來了鄲城很多次 基本都住過了 就假日智選和萬和這個住的比較舒服 假日智選位置偏一點，萬和位置好，樓下就是萬和城 而且停車很方便 性價比很高 前台解決問題也很積極，態度也很好 下一次出遊鄲城還會首選萬和商務酒店

從抵達酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了無微不至的關懷。酒店的地理位置堪稱絕佳，交通十分便利，周邊商場、餐廳林立，無論是出行遊玩還是品嚐美食都輕鬆搞定。
辦理入住手續時，前台工作人員態度親切熱情，動作嫻熟迅速，還耐心地為我介紹酒店的各項設施和服務，讓人心裏暖暖的。
