來鄲城找朋友玩，定了這家酒店，進來發現還不錯，比想象中乾淨，沒啥氣味，前台服務也不錯，下次來還住這個。

但是不知道當地什麼禮數 反正是全程無微笑無接待服務員黑臉嗓門大得嗆人

衞生還好吧，新開的酒店，環境也不錯，就是冬天去的比較冷，空調不好使，中央空調也不行，一晚上被窩很涼，服務還可以吧

房間一股黴味和很大的煙味，地毯上很多形跡可疑的印跡，水龍頭上銹跡斑斑，淋浴間的門不但開合不靈，還從裏往外流水，本來以為是們的原因，後來仔細看看才知道是門框底下漏水，衞生間推拉門衹能推拉開一半，張開大或者全部關閉就要用蠻力跟他較勁了……第一天用的攜程訂房，收了一百元按金，第二天續住直接讓我掃的他們家的二維碼付款。第二天房間打掃更是讓人哭笑不得，第一天有兩條小毛巾，第二天就沒有了，地巾也不放了，甚至連兩瓶飲用水也不給了，晚上回房間發現後，打電話讓前台送，半天后一個大媽拿着東西氣鼓鼓的就來了，一言不發，扭頭就走，感覺客人討飯一樣……真是服了，話不多説看圖便知，以後再也不會去住了。對了，退按金的時候還扣了四元錢，説是要了兩瓶水……實在令人哭笑不得

廁所的燈一閃一閃亮晶晶，閃瞎了我的雙眼，也不説修一下，枕頭上頭髮也沒説打掃乾淨

其他都好的，四樓電梯向下的按鈕壞了，還有最大的問題是空調太冷，晚上開30多度還是冷，住了兩天都感冒了，對面葯店買葯吃了。可能温度是統一控制的，走廊的温度也很低。
