這個差評必須給！就是服務問題，我必須給差評！態度極度惡劣！我5.1號當天入住，晚上喝酒了，拿着房卡回到7樓想不起自己房間號了，暈頭轉向的，我就給前台打了個電話説了一下情況讓前台在電腦前幫我查房間號，前台不給查，我又報了自己的入住姓名訊息讓他幫忙查前台還是不管，説讓我拿着房卡自己來前台查！我喝暈了簡直是故意折騰人，我就説我還是拿房卡挨個刷房門打開哪個算哪個，結果人家説那你就挨個試吧！氣的人真是不輕，沒見過這種惡劣的服務人員！你房卡上連個房號都不寫哪個可人第一次來能記得那麼清楚？我都報了我姓名了都不給我查！我喝酒了那麼暈還要我從7樓下去查！還讓我挨個試房間！到了前台從頭到尾服務員都黑着臉就一句話你在 710 從頭到尾都沒有一個服務人員該有的服務態度與素養！以後不會再來了

住房主管查房開錯門，查房不敲門，隨後一句看錯房間號就不了了知，反應到前台，前台説下次住房可以免二十元錢，這樣的解決方式真是令人佩服
