The owner said that they were specially customized in traditional workshops to let customers experience the real Jiarong ******* clothing culture. The owner also told me the origin of Jiarong clothing. Facilities: The road to the hotel is good, parking is also convenient, the environment is beautiful, the room is warm, clean and quiet. The restaurant tastes good, and the ingredients are fresh. Service: The housekeeper and the owner are very friendly, warm and thoughtful! It rained in western Sichuan these two days. I originally wanted to go to Jiagenba, but I was afraid that the weather would be bad, so I stayed in the hotel. I saw the boss’s wife tending to the flowers and plants, so I helped her. The boss’s wife made coffee to treat me. Drinking coffee and looking at the clouds after the rain, I felt satisfied even if I didn’t go to the grassland! 這次入住仙唄，選擇的就是嚮往已久的山居靜謐。雖然深知身處自然懷抱，小蟲是難免的“鄰居”，旺季時服務響應也可能不如平日迅捷，但酒店在細節上的用心，卻實實在在地化解了這些小困擾，讓我們感受到了真誠的服務温度。入住時，前台就主動告知“山間生態好，偶爾會有小蟲‘拜訪’”，並備好了驅蚊噴霧（可隨時向前台索取）和紗窗檢查服務。這種“提前告知+主動提供解決方案”的態度，讓人感覺非常安心。 看得見的忙碌，感受得到的努力：入住期間正值高峯，前台確實常有人排隊，餐廳早餐時段也比較熱鬧。但沒有感受到冷漠或忽視，每位員工都步履匆匆，但眼神接觸時總會報以微笑或一句“稍等，馬上為您處理”。晚餐後想加條毛毯，電話裏被告知可能需要稍等，因為客房部都在忙。結果不到15分鐘，一位服務員不僅送來了毛毯，還額外帶了一壺熱茶輕聲説：“讓您久等了，山裡晚上涼，喝點熱茶暖暖身。” 這份超出預期的“小補償”，讓人心裏暖暖的。路過前台看到前台都熬紅了還在耐心解答客人問題，真的挺不容易，也理解他們的辛苦。 環境絕佳:酒店選址沒得説，推窗見山，雲霧繚繞，空氣清新得醉人。設計也融入了自然，安靜舒適。 清潔到位：雖然有小蟲的“風險”，但房間內部打掃得非常乾淨整潔，床品舒適，沒有發現任何衞生問題，這點讓人很放心。 員工態度真誠：從清潔阿姨到餐廳服務員再到管理層，都能感受到他們想服務好客人的心。即使再忙，也盡力保持禮貌和解決問題的態度。這種“認真在做”的勁頭，比機械化的快速服務更打動人。 主動服務意識：在走廊遇到員工，他們會主動問好並詢問是否需要幫助；看到我們拿着地圖研究，服務員會主動介紹附近不錯的徒步小道。 這裏或許沒有城市酒店的極速響應，但有山野的靈氣和更珍貴的人情味。如果你也向往山林，理解並接受它的“自然法則”，同時看重服務的用心和温度，那麼仙唄酒店絕對值得選擇。他們用實際行動證明了，用心，是可以被看見和感受到的。期秋天還會再來！
