My wife and I stayed at the Ibis Maisons-Laffitte in August 2021 at the beginning of our August/September France trip. We have stayed at the hotel many times after arriving at the Airport CDG because it is easy to get to and very well located. We had another wonderful experience.

It is a good idea to sleep and park your car in Versailles if you want to visit the Chateau and Paris (you can easily reach Paris from the Station right in front of the hotel) but DO ask for a room facing the BACK of the hotel. We had a room on the third floor facing the restaurant below and we did not sleep at all the first night (people gathering outside all night long screaming and shouting). The second night at 2 in the morning I went down to the reception and asked to get another room cause the noise was unbareble. They immediately offered me another room. The rooms are very small (IBIS in France) but convenient. The breakfast was good during the weekend, terrible on the monday we left (half of the things offered before were not available.)

Remarkable welcome. We are in a hotel but we feel at home. Special mention for the staff, kind and efficient - I was there with my two dogs anyway. They always had a bowl of water without me asking. Very good bedding, excellent restaurant service but a little expensive, really pleasant heated swimming pool. The rooms are very comfortable but a little small. I have stayed there three times, I would happily return. Really practical geographical location: it's close to everything by car but quiet enough: swimming pool not overlooked for life, possibility of having lunch or dinner outside your room - either on the garden side or on the pool side depending on the location of the room. your room. There is also a gym that I haven't tried.

We spent a 3-night stay with a 2-room reservation. Fortunately with no children because without the pool and the gym ( cause COVID) nothing is feasible on the ground , nothing around and especially the safety is not at the rendezvous ( great walk to access the concrete balcony), Cote apartment , Our was not controlled due to the various concerns ( lack of covers, flashlight and broken equipment to the SDB, very sticking floor, unclean air, spider tools around windows etc....) , a ” unfinished place impression ( parking overloaded by old summers, tables .....The only positive point the view made (if you think you want high floor and views of Paris) .
