Très bon hôtel, le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif avec plusieurs choix de la vraie confiture comme on utiliserait à la maison c’était chaleureux. Le personnel d’accueil est très gentil et très patient car nous avons eu un souci sur le numéro de réservation et ils ont essayé de trouver une solution pendant 50 minutes et on a fini par réussir à voir une chambre sans que l’employé paraisse agacé. Ma chambre était très propre confortable, aucun bruit on n’a pas été réveillé, le personnel ne rentre pas la chambre même si on part à 12h03 à la place de 12h on ne se sent pas jeter dehors (ce qui arrive quasiment dans tous les hôtels). La salle de déjeuné est propre les ascenseurs, les couloirs, les micro-ondes tout est propre ! En tout cas c’était un séjour top merci beaucoup; on reviendra !

I am a member of IHG Platinum Card, and I have to live in 30-40 Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza and Intercontinental around the world in one year. This hotel is not in the center of Paris. It is very convenient if you drive by car, especially for the self-driving tour to Versailles, because the hotel has a three-dimensional parking lot, and it is possible to go to the Concord Square in the city center with UBER. 33 euros. The front desk of the hotel is very warm, the room is normal, especially the red and black carpet, but the room is still very large, in the nearly 120 Holiday Inns I have lived in the world belongs to the middle level.

Elle nous propose 2 appartements sans communication et je lui dit, on fait comment avec nos enfants ? La réponse de la réceptionniste est, debrouiller sa ne me regarde pas. C'est pas mon problème... On commande une ”FERRARI ” et on vous livre une ”2 CV”. Un manque d'empathie monstrueux de cette personne. Comment faire avec 2 enfants, le soir à 19h00 ? Reprendre une nouvelle location... Mais bien sûr sans aucun geste commercial de leurs parts... Une signalisation de l'établis*****t sera déposée aux autorités compétentes en la matière. Franchement fuyez cette enseigne... Lamentable, à bannir...

Big computer problem in the hotel when I arrived. Impossible for the reception staff to check any reservation. So they asked all customers who had booked online on another platform to pay the price of the room, for the time being, as a deposit. Now the only concern that may arise since the computer problem is, a priori, not resolved, is to recover this deposit because in the end I paid once on your platform and once at the hotel, moreover, full price!!!!!! The Accor group is a disgrace in terms of managing this problem and my heart goes out to the hotel staff who are totally abandoned by the Accor group. Shame on them !!!!!!

I was given a smoking room on the second floor despite the non-smoking preference. The room was spartan and the furniture was worn. There was rubbish under the washbasin, the pillows smelled of sweat and the mattress was sagging. The window looked directly onto a motorway. You had the choice between ventilation or traffic noise. The service staff was friendly and tried hard (No everyone was able to speak English). On the third day we got an alternative room on the fourth floor which was ok! Breakfast was good! The breakfast room was undersized for the number of hotel guests room for 20 people, but in the period 07-08.00 o'clock there were twice as many people in the room. Not so nice after 2 years of Corona...

It is a good idea to sleep and park your car in Versailles if you want to visit the Chateau and Paris (you can easily reach Paris from the Station right in front of the hotel) but DO ask for a room facing the BACK of the hotel. We had a room on the third floor facing the restaurant below and we did not sleep at all the first night (people gathering outside all night long screaming and shouting). The second night at 2 in the morning I went down to the reception and asked to get another room cause the noise was unbareble. They immediately offered me another room. The rooms are very small (IBIS in France) but convenient. The breakfast was good during the weekend, terrible on the monday we left (half of the things offered before were not available.)

If you are driving yourself, the doorman can help you park your car. You can pay as much as you like. If you park by yourself, it costs 25 Euro per night.

superb large clean rooms with fabulous bathrooms . Comfy bed and pillows and Couch also opens out into an extremely comfy double bed. Air conditioning superb and controlled individually . Double glazing allows almost no noise through. Kettle and tea and coffee. Staff couldn’t be more helpful with milk, directions, recommendations etc. especially the lady who seemed to be on duty every night. Thank you. There is a simple little bistro opposite called Bistro De La Place which we would highly recommend for authentic French food and lovely welcoming staff. There is also a cafe and bakery opposite. Around the corner is a small high street with quite a few restaurants and shops. Although we mostly walked into town (about 10 to 15 minutes) there is a No 2 bus outside which goes quickly to the palace, trains, market, restaurants, and all other attractions so you can be away from the tourist hubbub while accessing it easily.

The hotel seems a bit remote but it has excellent bus connections to Versailles at least. It might just take you a while to get there. It does offer free parking and has a big shopping center right next door. The breakfast is more than adequate, the staff is pleasant to talk to, the rooms are big in comparison to some other hotels but the biggest advantage is the quiet atmosphere after 21 PM. It shouldn't be any problem to get a good night's rest.

The cleaning was not done properly, the fridge that was in the room was dirty and there were small black spots on the moldings and at the bottom of the fridge. As if you had forgotten to clean it, there was hair in the toilet. I wonder if it can be a 3 star hotel. The pictures are also deceiving, as they are so photoshopped and the surroundings look like the pictures that it is almost out in a forest garden. There was also one of the receptionists who was a bit rude. We came for breakfast approx. 30 - 45 minutes before the buffet's closing time. But no more breakfast was filled up, so we had to take what was left. We even asked if it was possible to get a napkin, but they refused to give it and we were directed to get it ourselves from the toilet. All in all, a disappointing experience, and the acoustics were quite bad, as you could clearly hear some guests talking late into the night, out in front of the hotel, of course there must be room for that for the guests, but the windows/walls cannot hold the sound back is not optimal.

I was worried we were going to miss checkin and they replied quickly and gave us all of the information I needed. We all had side rooms which were clean, comfortable and had a lovely view. The showers were cold the first day but fine for the rest of our stay. We only had breakfast once as we had to be out early every day. It was nice enough but felt it was a little over priced for what was there. Although they did offer to cook some more croissants for us. Rooms were cleaned every day to a hood standard. Each room had a fridge which was really useful but would have been nice to have some proper glasses in the room. Also it was a shame they didn’t offer an evening meal as we struggled to find anywhere to eat. But a good location and walkable to the nearest village. Overall we had a good stay.

The one thing they don’t tell you about this hotel is that the Westfield Shopping Centre next door is having some major building works carried out and the whole of the B&B Hotel is affected, day after day. At night it was quiet but work started at about 8 in the morning and continued all day. The whole building shook and wherever you stood it sounded as if a massive tunnelling machine was about to come through the walls. It was almost impossible to speak to one another over the din. We booked through ******* and what amazes me is that they are still including it in their listing even after we told them about the horrendous noise. We felt sorry for the staff at the hotel because they had put up with the noise and the complaints every day. They were very understanding when we said we could not take it. We returned for a siesta in the afternoon and decided that we could not tolerate the noise so we checked out and booked into an Airbnb apartment which was delightful. The hotel room itself was far from perfect with broken lampshades by the bed. This is very basic accommodation. The hotel refunded us for one night out of three. ******* take no responsibility whatsoever. If you are planning on visiting Versailles then you should know that this hotel is NOT walking distance from the Palace and its Gardens. It’s an expensive UBER ride away.

There is a simple little bistro opposite called Bistro De La Place which we would highly recommend for authentic French food and lovely welcoming staff. There is also a cafe and bakery opposite. Around the corner is a small high street with quite a few restaurants and shops. Although we mostly walked into town (about 10 to 15 minutes) there is a No 2 bus outside which goes quickly to the palace, trains, market, restaurants, and all other attractions so you can be away from the tourist hubbub while accessing it easily.

The entire hotel was charming, with a sophisticated balance of modern interior design and historical architecture, and the view of the Seine River was magnificent. Polite and correct welcome in this recent establishment, the Ibis budget is adjoining the Ibis the reception can also be done at this location, Our rooms overlook a somewhat busy boulevard (we however) parking is in an underground paid car park but some free outdoor places on weekends. Breakfast at 6 euros was from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Ibis, very good, pastries fresh from the oven, lots of choice for all tastes. Ibis Budget meets my expectations after a day in Versailles which is barely 15 minutes away, it's very good, restaurants 15 - 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car but difficult to park.
