Très bon hôtel, le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif avec plusieurs choix de la vraie confiture comme on utiliserait à la maison c’était chaleureux. Le personnel d’accueil est très gentil et très patient car nous avons eu un souci sur le numéro de réservation et ils ont essayé de trouver une solution pendant 50 minutes et on a fini par réussir à voir une chambre sans que l’employé paraisse agacé. Ma chambre était très propre confortable, aucun bruit on n’a pas été réveillé, le personnel ne rentre pas la chambre même si on part à 12h03 à la place de 12h on ne se sent pas jeter dehors (ce qui arrive quasiment dans tous les hôtels). La salle de déjeuné est propre les ascenseurs, les couloirs, les micro-ondes tout est propre ! En tout cas c’était un séjour top merci beaucoup; on reviendra !

Modern, clean and convenient. The parking behind the property was convenient. We couldn’t get the ac to cool down, it felt like only the fan was blowing no matter how much you adjusted the temperature. But the big window opens up all the way and it was a cooled quickly. The breakfast also had several hot items which was nice.

Une réclamation a été faite en amont sur le site Booking et via Google. Notre nuit a été horrible, dormi 2h a peine a cause du bruit des résidents du dessus (disputes, télévision très forte). Et a 4h3) nous avons du changer de chambre suite à une fuite par le plafond. Aucune excuse ni dédommagement c'est inacceptable!

Points positifs: - hotel neuf et bien placé - parking gratuit (payant si couvert) - accueil avec le sourire - grande tv - super douche, pas de variation de température non désirée Points négatifs: - salle de bain microscopique - literie bien trop dure (ressenti perso) Je recommande !

Hotel bien situé au calme Hotel a 20min du zoo de thoiry a 1h du refuge la taniere et 1h du zoo de vincenne Chambre correcte et propre mise à part qlq cheveux colle sur la porte Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner a 10.90 peu garni et vienoiserie au compte compte goutte Et quand j'ai fait remarqué qu'il manquait des petit pains au chocolat la réceptionniste a eu du mal dans remettre

Récent hôtel bb situé au bord de l autoroute . Très facile d accès , restaurants à proximité au choix : japonais , pizzeria, crêperie. Il y a même un parking souterrain donnant accès aux chambres directement. Chambres impeccables salle de bain équipée de sèche cheveux . Petit déjeuner bien présenté
