This is the four-star hotel the front desk said. In this third- or fourth-tier small city, the sheets, quilt covers, and pillows are worse than cheap apartments. They are all pilling! It hurts your skin when you put them on. It's really bad. I booked a deluxe balcony room, but I was given two small beds. The bath towels and towels for both beds were only for one person! The chairs on the balcony were all dusty, and the floor was also dusty. It's terrible! The food and beverages are also average. It's really not worth the four-star hotel. It's more than 500 yuan a night. Oh!

Honestly all the staff at Lamar Azur are very nice i feel at home , Specially Reception and reservation staff are nice and helpful . The food is excellent and the room cleanliness is fantastic and the manager Adel khalil is high-class administrative man.

I spent 1 month in the Hotel for working reason. I have to say that the quality is very low. WIFI almost out of services and the speed also is not good. The food quality need to be better. The room cleaning must be increased. Also the laundry services is very poor.

I didn't recommend this hotel at all, everything was very bad, Food, WIFI, and Laundry. they are not caring about their guests, the most important thing for them to take all the money while the check in, even if you are a familiar guest with them.

one of the best hotels I have stayed in, everything was perfect, cleanliness, food, friendly, and helpful staff. Special thanks to Mr, Fady, the front desk manager, for helping me out with an unforeseen problem with my laptop. He really rescued my trip. I enjoyed my time there.

The room is fair cleaned well houskeeping is good Reception is poor Food is fair Room service is poor Take care when ask for breakfast at room they request 175 LE Egyptian pounds extra while the room is bed and breakfast you should not pay for the meal you already paid included in the room package You may be requested with exra setvice only not to pay for the whole meal This is bad behaviour

A 5-star hotel experience, with delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, attentive managers Mr. Salem and Mr. Mutaz, The posh furnishings in the forth floor made us feel as though we were staying in a palace! We spent two nights here for business during November 2021 but we would come back for a weekend break, Happy to see such services and standard in small city like Damietta.
