Myself & My wife visited this paradise and really enjoyed a day out. A calm & quiet environment with a lot of birds and the beauty of nature. Butler Gamini welcomed us at the entrance & guided us to reception & front desk staff and restaurant staff (Nandana & Upali) & Butler Ruwan gave us the superb service.. And should be mentioned Nuwan From Main Bar gave us cocktails & a mocktail, Those were amazing & nice. Food was good and everything was fine. Super customer service by everyone who works at Jetwing Vil Uyana. Thank You Guys for your superb service !!

Excellent service! Beautiful villas! Delicious food, lots of variety and flexibility with meals. Stunning surroundings! Great experience overall! Also, got to see a Slender Grey Loris! Had our own Butler, Dass, he was excellent! Took care of all of our needs.

This water villa was magical, everything you could want and more was in the room and the natural habitat was wonderful. Here we spent 90 minutes with the resorts naturalist searching for a Loris which we did spot. The resort offers all kinds of additional activities that explore the natural environment, including travelling to Sigiriya (lions rock) The staff were attentive and available to answer any queries.

I travelled in December 2023 this hotel is for everyone who loves nature. I loved been in the middle of the paddy fields seen the lush green paddy and the other greenery. Me and my kids also enjoyed looking at the peacock who came to the balcony of our room. The food was delicious we enjoyed a full spread of yummy sri lankan breakfast. The staff was lovely. The butler we had was a delight always had a smile on his face and made us feel very welcomed.

It was an awesome experience. I regret staying only for a day in Vil uyana. Unfortunately I had other plans, if not I would stay at least three days in that serenity . And as always the Jetwing service is great here too. Specially our personal butler , Mr Thushara was a very professional , efficient and helpful gentleman. My special thanks to him for making the stay wonderful and comfortable experience .

We recently stayed at Vil Uyana, and the service provided by the villa host, along with the food and accommodations, was outstanding. We enjoyed a lovely morning walk around the property, which is quite large and peaceful. During our stroll, we spotted many beautiful birds. We also loved observing a crocodile from the library in the morning. The concept of this property is fascinating; it was built on bare land two decades ago and has now transformed into a wildlife paradise.I highly recommend this hotel, especially for nature lovers!

Nice little pearl in dambulla.location is absolutely stunning and so nature friendly.staff are great.very friendly and courtiers.they updated with me about sri lanakn culture etc…really good food and had amazing time.great that they really cate about environment and sustainability.really want to go back there again.

A very beautiful place to stay and well positioned for sightseeing . However Restaurant-menu not varied enough and food often not well cooked Whilst one likes to be given attention when dining-to be asked 5 times during one course of our meal if everything was ok was intrusive Our "butler" whilst efficient was over zealous about tips . Suggesting that we gave him a tip and also gave him another tip for the rest of the staff which he would distribute-completly unacceptable and of course we didn't. Even though we are old we are aware and astute -knowing more about "the world than our young butler. He should know that people like us aren't gullible On one evening meal my husband and myself were chatting to each other and the waiter joined in the conversation!!! On the morning we were leaving the attention we received was over the top. We can only assume they were waiting for tips. Bedroom ok but floor not always clean Nature walk looking for the loris was very good Albeit we have these concerns which I hope you will rectify in the interest of other visitors we enjoyed our stay in a lovely environment

Our stay at Jetwing Vil Uyana was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The blend of luxury and nature was truly unforgettable. From the serene surroundings to the beautifully designed chalets and the exceptional service, every moment was perfect. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature, indulging in delicious meals, and exploring the breathtaking environment. It’s a place we’ll cherish forever and can’t wait to return to!
