Beit Al Wali

If you want to experience and live in a traditional Syrian Damascus House, Beit Al Wali Hotel is the place to go. Everything is perfect. They have welcoming staff, clean rooms, and the food is great. They also offer free wi-fi. I would definitely come back again and recommend.

I toured many cities in the world and did not find anything more beautiful than this hotel in terms of everything Cleanliness, beauty, heritage, kindness from the staff, and everything is beautiful. I advise everyone to visit this hotel ❤️❤️

Our stay was absolutely amazing—it felt just like home. The atmosphere was incredibly warm and welcoming. My kids, although initially apprehensive as it was their first visit to Damascus, ended up enjoying every moment to the fullest. The staff were exceptionally friendly; it felt like living with a family. One of the highlights was enjoying coffee in the charming yard. There are about four cozy sitting areas perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee, making it an unforgettable experience. The room was spotless, cleaned, and beautifully arranged for us. This place is truly a hidden gem in Damascus. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely visit again!

This hotel is a perfect blend of luxury and culture. I was amazed to see they carry model of the Hymn to Nikkal, a beautiful reminder of Syria’s incredible history. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail were exceptional. Truly a must-visit destination.

Could not compliment this property more. The staff go out of their way to welcome you, assist you and make sure your stay is comfortable. English is spoken and even when not there is still a smile and help however possible. The breakfast is a local treat however the portions are huge and I could not get through all the food which was delicious. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable - the room on my first stay was street facing and I got woken up to the sounds of the church bells from across the street. On my second stay my room was one of the courtyard facing and there were people up into the early hours talking and sitting outside which for a light sleeper was uncomfortable.

The service here was outstanding, staff were very attentive and accommodating towards my grandmother who required some special considerations, and they were always available for any type of support, the 24/7 cafe was amazing its its service was as usual excellent, this all does not compare to the amazing history and scenery available here, and its a short walking distance from the sook
