I had came here for a weekend also i saw the ad on instagram for evening party at the club but the experience wasnt good for serving and food quality. I had ordered food and it wasnt served to me for 1.5 hours. Mr Ashwini who was the manager handling didnt reply well and was unprofessional. Miss Anjali and Mr Rakshit and Mrs Debu were much polite and they made my stay much comfortable after the incident. I would rate my stay 3 out of 5. No bathrobes were there in my tent and there werent any hangers in bathroom also. Room i stayed was 109 tent.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable specially blessing to Mr. Sumit at front desk. The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for a peaceful and memorable stay in daman.

We stayed at The Fern Seaside Luxurious Resort Daman for 2 nights. We were 2 adults 2 kids aged 5 & 10 and fit in their tent comfortably. Our Tent was huge with a massive bed, sofa all essential amenities, clean bathrooms & two outdoor chairs. They offer multiple restaurants to choose from with full bar access, tea lounge, play area, outdoor garden area & rooftop for their mesmerising sundowners. We tried their wood fire pizza at dough darlings which was made right in front of us and sunset view is mesmerising which we enjoyed while munching on starters and mocktails. They have an indoor play room with ample game options for kids and adults. We opted for their breakfast by the pool at an additional cost which was worth it . Lush green surroundings, comfortable tent stay , delicious food and beautiful sunset views made our stay enjoyable at this resort.

Wonderful experience staying at this property and it keeps upto its name - luxury. The Guest relationship manager Ms. Nikita was deligent with all details while giving us property/room tour and was very welcoming. Staff was very friendly and cooperative all through and Ms. Kanchan at the restaurant made all efforts to help us with food. We went in a group of 7 which had 3 kids and they were more than happy to spend time in their vast garden and a playroom which offered ample options. Property is very well maintained and offers appropriate balance of amenities and relaxation. All in, very happy with the stay. Rooms - Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The front patio is appropriate for a morning tea or evening chit chat with your group over few snacks. Room has a comfortable bed and a sofa cum bed for a kid, if required. Tent style room are asthetically designed for that modern yet contemporary look. Nearby activities - Fort area has a few small activities to offer, photo backgrounds and an old church is availble to visit. Moti Daman beach is at a walkable distance and can be visited for a quite stroll or morning jog. Walkability - It is located at a walkable distance from the fort area. The resot has a small walking area and its neat and clean surrounding allures you to take a stroll around. Food and drinks - Very palatable food and nice selection of drinks is available at the resort itself.

I have enjoyed 😉a lot here....Tent interior is nice n The resort's best part is its sea facing....kids enjoyed the pool,sand pit n the tent.Mr.Prem's hospitality is very good 👍. Thanks you fern team see you soon 😊

I stay at fern tent resort it's is a really comfortable stay I love the stay and services was excellent, front office staff was so cooperative and most special thinks I would like to mention the name Miss Kareena and Anli was provide me the service was superb thanks to give us fast service. Amazing place, food is also really good ! Property is nearer to the fort and jhampore beach…. Reception staff was also really good and helpful especially Mr Ankit. Service in the restaurant by staff ms.Kanchan and srimanto is highly appreciated

2 days stay was a bad experience as big property has all the amenities but not maintained at all.Housekeeping was incomplete with no cleanliness and even dustbins not cleared up. We had dinner included booking and the restaurant buffet was mess.The food not tasty at all with zero seasoning.Most of the food items were not refilled up once over for almost 15-20 mins even after telling the staff.The chef,restaurant manager Mr Chandan did apologise but there was little improvement as there is total mismanagement by Fern.Also,plates were not cleared on time and salad,desert were over during the dinner time.The staff Saikat and other require lot of training. There is lot is UNPROFESSIONALISM IN SERVICE WHICH IS NOT EXPECTED FROM FERN BRAND. The good thing is spa where therapist Pratika,Shahreen were good in spa session and spa manager Mr Bacchu provided good service. Overall the Fern management need to do Renovation,training of the staff,good chef and improve the services. I WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN as this is really disappointing service
