Ali, Sadiye and family are lovely hosts who own the apartments. Nothing was too much for them. The food which is cooked by Sadiye, was delicious 😋 Everything is made from fresh. Apartments were spacious and cleaned regularly throughout our stay. Will definitely be going back next year!

Ali and his family are the heart of the Minta apartments. The apartments are spacious and spotlessly clean with all the basics (fridge, kettle, plates, cutlery) There is a pool which is clean and a reasonable size and there was never an issue with sun beds. The apartments are in a quiet residential area and the centre of Dalyan is about a 10-15 minute walk. Our room was cleaned once during our 10 nights, and our towels were changed every 3/4 days. We mostly ate out but I have to mention the homemade spaghetti bolognaise that Ali’s wife makes as it was absolutely delicious. Nothing is too much trouble for Ali, he is a true gentleman and him and his family work tirelessly to make your stay a lovely experience and I would recommend Minta as an excellent budget accommodation with a warm welcome and a relaxed atmosphere. Ali and his extended family are fantastic hosts and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Thank you Ali and family Baz and Kim .

Excellent accommodation for the money. Pool area spotless and so is the apartment. Cleaned and new bedding every 3 days. Ali and his family are so friendly and the bar and food are not overpriced. Ideal location 10 minutes into town, supermarket very close.

Minta apartments are a lovely place to stay, owned by a lovely family, Ali and Shadia, stayed there for one week with friends, accommodation clean and well looked after, food menu very good. Would have no problem recommending it. Ten minutes from Dalyan.

Stayed at Minta apartments for 11 days. I can just we will never forget the hospitality we received from Ali and family. Ali always there to help and made our stay comfortable. We are definitely going to come back again. Dalyan overall a great place to be. Thank you Ali and family for everything what you did for us during our stay ❤️

We stopped at the Minta Apartments for 11 nights and had an absolute wonderful time, the apartment was very big with great air con etc, the pool area was immaculate and beautiful, they also do breakfasts and evening meals if you wish to eat there, Ally and his wife were very helpful in every way and we would deifinately recommend these apartments. Thanks Gary and Elaine.

What a lovely holiday, again...!! We have returned to the Minta apartments this year for very simple reasons, It's a good friendly family run apartments, Very clean and secure. The apartment was large with all cooking facilities and all self catering cutlery anyone may need .. including, kettle,fridge freezer and 4 ring hob. I like cooking in the apartment on holidays, and eating on the balcony. and, All apartments have great balcony's ! ,with a nice view of mountains and pool at the same time.... beautiful flowers along the sides of the building make it look stunning I may add. The pool area was really clean and great for relaxing and some family fun alike ! With a very small children's splash pool too.. There's lots of sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool . The beds were very comfy and good air conditioning in the bedroom. Must mention,lots of wardrobe space too. The cleaning lady, who is lovely and hard working, will come if you leave your key in reception, or will ask every so often if you need a clean ? and new towels . There's a solid security safe in the room ( free) ...for valuables. There's a well stocked supermarket just 5 minutes walk around the corner,which was excellent...and town is 10 minutes stroll. Ali and his family are really welcoming.. Really nice types.. There's a nice little bar area where we had breakfast and snacks, and I believe, evening meal can be catered for if so wished .. ...? (we usually went out with friends, ) so maybe next time on a quiet night.:0) Will definitely come back to the Minta ... We tried a few other places years ago and they were okay but not as nice for us... And actually more expensive than Minta. Thanks everyone for a lovely experience..

Good points: hot water and good shower, clean pool area and garden. Alis family are lovely snd his wife works do hard. Bad Points: cockroaches the bathroom do we were moved to another apartment. There was a hole in the kitchen ceiling, the shower cubicle was thick with mould and the light fitting was hanging off. Only had sheets changed once in 14 days and had to ask for clean towels regularly. The floor wasn't mopped once in 14 days. Generally not very clean.

Have stayed at Minta apartments every time we come to Dalyan, & wouldn't stay anywhere else. The Çevic family are so lovely, warm & welcoming, & the apartments, pool, garden & bar/restaurant are clean & comfortable with all you need. Excellent value & standard of meals, & Ali & Sadiye go out of their way to please. Quiet area with a short easy walk to town. Highly recommend Minta apartments.
