Super 8 by Wyndham Dalton

The worst hotel The rooms look nothing like the pictures on line. When we got to our room the air conditioner was not cooling well. So we left for a little while came back water from the air conditioner was leaking all over the floor. I went to the office and they changed our room. The next morning got up to take a shower the shower head leaked so bad that it soaked the whole bathroom. I went back to the office and they gave me a key to the room where I was at first and said shower there and they would get someone to look at it later. If I was the president of hotels. Com this hotel would not be on my site.

The person at the front desk did not greet me as I walked in the door. I then let him know I had a reservation and he was on his phone the entire time. That is TERRIBLE customer service. Apparently his job was too Difficult because be couldnt even give me any acknowledgement not Even when we were handed the keys for the roo No thank you nothing. I may never stay at this Super 8 again also the dresser drawers were broken and the main door Going into the room caught on the floor. Some serious upgrades need to be done to this hotel not to Mention the pool wasnt even open like the wi ter cover was still on.

The rooms look 100% better than the pictures. I was truly impressed. And the price value is unmatched. I would definitely come back to stay here again. Sincerely, Ramirez W.

The first room we were given had a toilet with a diarrhea explosion in the toilet. The second room had a couple of long dark hairs imbedded in the fitted sheet on one of the beds. We always check for bedbugs also (and didn't find any), but in pulling the bed away from the wall found quite a bit of dust and debris, including a discarded cup. We brought all these to the attention of the staff.

I reserved a king bed, non smoking room. I was given a double bed, smoking room. I reserved the room for $59 and was charged $77. I asked for a receipt for my expense account and was told she couldn't give me one because I booked on line. Very rude people!!!
