Good value for price. Rooms nice and beds comfortable.

But I didn't like if they didn't have a pool we rented the room for the pool but the pool was empty it's very sad

I would not recommend this property to anyone. Upon arrival, my husband and children were met with urine stains on the bedding. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, we were dismissed and told we were not looking at the "blanket," as if that somehow excused the issue. A staff member, clearly irritated, entered our room uninvited and, rather than addressing our concerns respectfully, began yelling and pointing his finger in my face stating that there is no stain on the sheets ( which I have a picture of). My husband had to intervene and ask him to stop. Feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, we decided to vacate the property immediately. When we attempted to return the key and request a refund, the staff escalated the situation unnecessarily by calling the police after we requested to speak to a manager. After reviewing the photos we had taken of the stained bedding, even the responding officer agreed that we should be issued a refund. Despite this, the property still refused. We now have an official report and intend to pursue this matter further through the appropriate channels. This experience was not only disappointing but completely unacceptable
