It’s a very good hotel for the price. They have a lot of amenities but the pool was closed the entire stay.

Poor customer service, dirty carpet, no towels, lack of amenities, no bath soaps, shampoo. They only serve waffle and coffee for breakfast.

Overall, the hotel did what it was intended for. There were tequila shooters found between the bedside table and that made us question the cleanliness of the room. The third floor smelled so bad. A mixture of **** and BO. Our room surprisingly didn’t smell. I also don’t like being surprised with the $100 deposit upon arrival and “you get it back once you check out” since i’ve already paid in full for my stay.

The carpet in the room is so dirty and disgusting. It honestly looks like a crime scene on the floor. Paid for the night and checked out because the floors were so nasty and the entire room smelled like a pack of cigarettes even though we had a non smoking room. I called the front desk to ask if they could switch our room due to the extremely dirty floor and they said they didn’t have any more rooms for the night.

The place is absolutely disgusting. It smelled horrific, stains all over the carpets. The bathrooms are foul and we felt necessary to double and triple checked for bed bugs. The only reason we stayed is because our flights home were canceled do to weather and we didnt want to spend the money on a nice hotel for 6hrs of sleep. I absolutely would not recommend a soul step foot inside this establishment.

While traveling with 3 kids, they put us in a room with no tv. The phone didn’t work, stains on the carpet, didn’t even have coffee ready by 7 am. I guess it’s true, you get what you pay for. Beds were comfortable though.
