Misleading stay. You cannot receive check-in instructions without paying a $300 deposit and then a mandatory $80 cleaning fee. This is not disclosed at the time of purchase so you won’t know until it’s too late and cannot find another place to stay. Lock is extremely difficult to open even when I got the green light. Couldn’t open the door so I never got into the apartment and my stay was only 1 night so it was pointless. I called in the morning and was offered a refund, but still had nowhere to sleep. They didn’t offer me the remaining hours until checkout at 11am after their office opened again. The problem is I still needed somewhere to rest after spending the night outside the apartment. Location is great, but customer service is poor. They don’t post the working hours so you cannot contact them if you are checking late. I called several hours beforehand because my flight got delayed
