The Westin Dallas Downtown Reviews

The hotel was in the heart of downtown, easily assessable to tons of cafe’s, restaurants, and stores. The skyline view was beautiful. The rooms were clean and extraordinary.

The Westin staff was friendly and informative. I really recommend the creole restaurant located below the lobby. Perfect location to travel to Deep Ellum.

Very good hotel, the front desk is very patient, the reception is very warm, very close to the exhibition hall, the location is very good, there are restaurants and coffee shops around, there are several attractions around, I will choose it next time!

The hotel is located in downtown, but the service is really bad. The front desk refused to admit the repeated deductions. I have communicated with the hotel and have not received a reply. The hotel is very old, the room is smelly, the quilt is pilling, and people are allergic. The light is dim. If it weren't for the children's competition, I really wouldn't consider staying here. If I come next year, I will definitely change to the area near Highland Park
